He was very professional and explained everything he was going to do. I have not had a ant problem since he was here. Great peace of mind now.

Treatment was only recently applied. I am waiting for a follow up visit to determine the effectiveness of the treatment.

Customer service is not very good. Was quoted one price when they called, charged a higher price on my card when the service was complete. Won't be using them again

You should have them change the part about the email instructions for indoor pest about how to prepare. With todays treatments you do not need to empty all kitchen and bathroom cabinets per our tech. If I had gone through all that I would have been very angry!

Inspection consultant stated only two methods work for bed bugs, heat and cold. Stated that using pesticides don't work. Sold me on the benefits of CO2 cold method. When technician arrived, his report shows that only pesticides were used.

POOR customer service. Takes multiple phone calls to get an issue resolved. My quarterly bill started at around $80 a few years ago. It is now $120. I would not recommend Terminix.

Great experience, didn't try to upsell me or attempt to make an issue that didn't actually exist -- as a result, i'll definitely call this company when I actually do have a need or problem.

Cost was appropriate, service was scheduled same-day and representative took his time to identify the problem and explain the plan of action. It was a wonderful experience!

Jeremy treated ant mounds in my front and backyard. Very friendly and informative. Answered questions and even educated me about treatment approach. Cost of project was $89.
