I have had them for a year/still have wasps in the house and the mosquito treatment I pay extra for does not work.

The ants in my kitchen came back right a way. I called to let them know but they never responded or did anything to help me.

They come every month and do an excellent job.

They did exactly what I needed them to do. However, I did have to wait a couple days until their technician could come out.

We needed wasp nests removed 4 days before a family reunion and all 3 nests were cleared of bees! All 3 were where children were playing so I'm thankful for your thorough service. Thank you!

Terminix was punctual, thorough, and effective.

They came the next day. Both communicated what they were doing and why. Showed areas of coverage by spray (ant problem). Company representative on the phone was also very kind and explained cost of plan in advance. Emails sent when credit card was charged and receipt sent immediately after work.

Truly worthless experience. They only provide vague reports or verbal answers to pest inspection. The 800 number will not provide local numbers to reach branch. Attempted contacting 800 number over 25 times in a 2 month period to resolve issues. Came out to inspect crawlspace and said was clean. Unfortunately it was not based on another company coming out. Technician from terminix could not recall inspection or even write a report. They came back out for another inspection and quoted 11,000 to fix the problem that the other technician said wasn t there before.

I received efficient, very courteous, very professional, patient, and informative service from the exterminator. I think his name is Russell. He took the time to eplain the nature of bed bugs and what I may expect after the treatment. Also. that if I have bed bugs after several hours, day or two, it's pesticide affected bed bugs that are dying. I have seen a few dead bed bugs the day after and two days later. None since. Thank you exterminator and Terminex.🐋😊

Poor service, did noy update new phone number and used as excuse why they did not show up. 1st service they used my correct number but did not spray for what I needed. Would never recommend.

Service was on time, serviceman was very knowledgeable and shared a lot of information with me. Also like the fact that I may have them return in a month's time to respray at no additional cost.
