They automatically take my money every month. Did not help me with the bugs at all this month.. Just taking my hard earned money. Came by n left a note ONE time. What if I lost the note? This is not the best customer service.

The problem was not solved and they never showed up for the next appointment. Not even a courtesy call. Then it took me five days to finally get a hold of someone to speak with. Several messages were left with Terminix and never received a return call. Very poor service!

first evaluation was excellent, follow up tech had not read the report did a minimal amount of work and I am not sure it will work. also it very hard to get in touch with them registering is impossible phoning you need to wait a long time.

The only reason that I did not give them Five Stars across the board is that it will be some time until we can know how effective the treatment is. Only time will tell, but I believe that they know their stuff so I am pretty confident that the treatment will work.
