POOR WORK HABITS.

I called them and a time and day was set but no one showed up nor did I get a call explaining their delinquency. I will called again and set up another appointment and the same thing happened. No show. So now I m trying to find someone who will actually show up. But it is not easy.

An application of insecticide for carpenter bees completed and will have termite and other pest control work done next week. I found it difficult to understand the scope of the work and methods of application. The sales rep (inspector) was very pleasant and professional though. Cannot accurately rate the value for the money until next year so this questionnaire is a little silly when the application was completed only four days ago. Pleasant *hard sell* on expanding the scope of work and I agreed. Overall, professional, pleasant... and I would use them again.

Terminus called right away. Explained the options in a clear manor and scheduled a visit within two days. But there was some sort of miscommunication . I purchased a plan for general pest spraying and termite inspection. The tech was unaware of the termite inspection. But after he left an inspector called and said he would be right over. He showed up 30 minutes later. So all was ok in the end. And then again in a few days the tech showed up for the termite treatment . Very responsive and knowledgeable inspector.

Very professional and friendly.

So far so good we will see if they actually get rid of the wasp problem that other exterminators havenâ t been able to.

I hired them to get rid of Carpenter Bees. The treatment did not work. There is a 30-day warranty and they are coming back to retreat. However, I now have 2 more weeks worth of damage because the initial treatment was ineffective.

The people on the phone had amazing customer service. The tech that comes out to treat the flying ants, was extremely polite, personable, explaining step by step process. I requested the same tech Cleveland Watts. I only want him. Bit the flying carpenter ants are still a problem. I kill about 10 a night. I have my free 39-day follow-up in a week. We will see what happens. I feel like I am going to have to bomb the house myself after spending 250 on a termite inspector that came out too. No termites but he wanted to sign me up for continuing service. Which was $1090 just to sign up and then a monthly fee. Not doing it!

We hired them for carpenter bees and wasps. We have a big problem along our roof line and maybe in our attic. When they came they said they did not know it was for bees, and would have to come back. The first service last 5 minutes and did not include anything they mention in their description. They took a week to reschedule the bee appt and now wont be coming for at least another week, meaning we have had a carpenter bee infestation in our roof and attic for 3 weeks since we called them with nothing done about it. I will update my review when they come back but we do not have much faith at the moment.
