This pro found something pretty serious that humboldt pest and termite missed during there monthly service.

I hired this company. An appointment was set up but they never showed up or called to tell me they would be unable to make the appointment. Five hours after the appointment I called to inquire what happened. The customer service reps were very polite but could not answer my question or get a response from the techs who were supposed to complete the service. After being on the phone for 28 minutes and no satisfaction as to when and if I would get my service completed I canceled the appointment and hired a new contractor who promptly completed the service. VERY,VERY disappointed in Terminex.

Our communication was unclear about total pest control include termite prevention. I wish this aspect would have been communicated more precisely.

Everyone i dealt with was very professional. I was given follow-up calls to schedule the next part of the initial service visits. Only negative was the first visit was supposed to inspect my crawlspace but they didnt do it, and on the second visit the techs said the first group should have done it, but they cant since they dont have protective suits . Issue was finally addressed on the third visit.

Excellent service and results but a little more expensive than I will be able to continue to afford though I wish I could. If you have a pest problem I would recommend them.
