Great customer service. Technician took time to answer my questions . I was disappointed they could not treat crawl space. I called because of spider bites. I did not get any for a few days after treatment, but got more bites last night even though I have not sen any spiders.. I plan to call them to come back which they said they would do under the service plan.

We are new to our city in the Texas Hill Country. Termini gave me a great price, they scheduled me promptly and my area service rep was very efficient and nice.

I have never had to use this type of service, so I did not know the charge.They cam out promptly and got the job done .

They have no idea of customer service. Two appointment were scheduled, both were no shows and no phone calls to explain what was going on.

Very prompt

Took over a week to come to my house. Then found lots of bugs still in bedroom and master bath. Had to buy bug spray and spray the area until they would come back, almost a week later, they move up treatment a few days. Seems they don't have and "emergency" or critical service to remediate. I'll see how it goes if I consider further use of Termininx services. Tech that came seemed to do a good job on areas he did.

Zack was accommodating and professional. He was both personable and knowledgeable, and did a magnificent job. He was efficient thorough and articulate. My wife and I were very impressed.

They came out quickly to meet with me and assess my problem and recommended solutions.

My only problem with them was upon setting up service they told me my first treatment would be 6-17-2021. Between 1-5 PM. I took off a half day of work to meet at my home to discuss job. Nobody came. I called the next day and they then said my first appointment was for the next week instead. Iâ m sure my initial call was recorded and Iâ m sure they told me the 17th. Cost me a few bucks out of my weekly check. Not to mention I had to take the following week off as well to discuss job

Terminix was very good and courteous, and worth the money.

I was expecting them to spray a larger area. I need the entire house and yard areas sprayed for ants and spiders.

I never received my 20% discount and now Iâ m enrolled in a yearlong membership at $181/ visit. I need to change that.
