The scheduler made an appointment for a tech who was on vacation. I sat waitingâ ¦no show. Called to complainâ ¦3 calls. Rescheduled and was told I receive a $25 credit. Havenâ t seen it 2 weeks late. Tech who came out was extremely nice and seemed knowledgeable. He made the difference.

Terrible customer service... I financed the work, but, not all was completed. I requested a refund and have not received it. The finance comp paid terminix and terminix has not refunded me the difference. I called many times and they say there are no notes of it... so, every time I call, the process starts all over again!

As we walked through the areas of the house, the technician discussed everything that he was doing. He was highly knowledgeable and professional.

They did the work required, taking all the time required . The technician was pleasant. I enjoyed talking with him. Lastly, the ants are GONE!

Only first visit complete. So far so good

Courteous customer service... explained what she found and how she would treat it, etc.

Called on 7/26 and they scheduled me for an appointment on 7/28 from 1 pm to 5 pm. I called at 4 pm and was told that they saw me on the schedule for that time, but they failed to assign a technician to my appointment. The customer service rep contacted the manager to see if they could get someone out. Then the story changed to ** I canceled the appointment on 7/26**. I said I did not cancel the appointment and burned a vacation day for them to come out. They asked to reschedule the next day and said that they could not offer me a discount on the service. Called and scheduled with another company. Would NOT recommend this company!

The tech called me before arriving, as he previously said he would. He was very professional and courteous. He fully explained things to me which I appreciated. I would definitely recommend this company.

They accommodated our request to come asap and Holly was great. See eas thorough,friendly and professional. Plan to use again for our recurring pest treatment.

Tech did not do job he was hired to do. Said would get rid of all webs and spider eggs. Supposedly for 3 months, two weeks later, all new webs appearing.
