Carpenter ants were damaging our deck. Request for inspection/estimate was prompt. After signing the contract, service was done the following day. Service techs were knowledgeable and professional and communicated well what was being done.

Have a bee problem. I ended up buying the quarterly subscription. They will come and spray the house every 3 months now. The sales person was knowledgeable and tech that cam rout was nice and quick.

We had yellow jackets nesting in a wall, and a wasp nest outside. After a little initial communication issue, we had a guy come out and give us a quote. It was a little more than another quote we received, but we went with them because of name recognition. It took a few days for them to get someone here, but he came and took out both nests. We were finding yellow jackets in the house and on the porch outside for a week or so. They were either dead or very sluggish. We haven't seen any for about a week. If we start seeing more in the next week or so, we will call and have them come back under the 30 day guarantee they gave us. I was afraid that it would be difficult to get them all without tearing the wall apart, but am very impressed with the results.

The service worker was very thorough on explaining the process. He arrived on time and was very professional and courteous.

Alan arrived when he said he would be here. He took care of the problem and made sure the part of the wasp nest containing the queen was removed. Alan spent about 30 minutes ensuring the problem was remedied. Before he left, he explained what he did and what I could expect to see and why. Apparently, there would be some stragglers for a day or two. Alan also ensured I had his number and told me to call him if there were any signs that the wasps were still around.

It is worth it in that I have not seen bugs or ants in our home. However, it was a higher monthly bill I was not expecting since they only visit quarterly. Seems the cost of equipment and the five minute visit four times a year should not cost me over a 100 a month.

He wasn't pushy. Explained what was not needed and explained what was needed to fix problems.

They were very prompt when calling me back, came on time, very professional and courteous. They did a great job and got rid of all the ants in my kitchen and insects in the basement. I would definitely recommend them!

Double billed myself and my daughter

Blake was very professional and personable. He explained everything Terminix does, and also did a very thorough inspection of a home I recently purchased and am getting ready to move into. I'm happy to have chosen Terminix, for the peace of mind in protecting my investment.

This was a slightly more expensive option but they are the experts. The customer service is great and the guarantees are honored.

Excellent they were on time explained everything they were doing. They were thorough and informative on how the process works. In formed me what Would be different after several treatments.

I hired Terminix, they did not show for the scheduled appointment.

My overall experience was not good. Treatments for mosquitoes and other insects were not successful. I scheduled another appointment as they said I could. I verified the appointments, one for mosquitoes and the other for insects three times, even the morning of. They were a no-show and said I was not scheduled. I terminated the contracts for both.

Very personable, friendly and they were on time ! They did a great job! Would highly recommend!!
