I received an automated message asking if I wanted info and I said yes then I got a message from someone asking what service I needed. Then I received we do not treat 5th wheels and that is all she wrote! What a waste of time

Todd was informative and efficient.

My service was scheduled for today August 27th at 1 when no one showed up I called and was told that my service had been scheduled for September 3rd even though I received an email confirmation of todays date. I was told that someone who calls me to confirm a new appt for today or tomorrow and I still have not received a call 4 hrs later. This was a total inconvenience to me because I had to take off work and now I am unable to get through to anyone to cancel so that the hold on my bank card for the fee can be released.

Tech knew how to resolve my ant issue

I was told the tech would be there between 8-11 I was there waiting no one showed I called the office and was told they were trying to contact the tech, I called three times was told they were trying to contact him. I finally got a call from tech late in the day and was told he just got the order and would be here at end of the day it was after 6 pm I had to give him a code to lock because I could not t wait any longer. The job was done after 7 pm the tech called me was very nice he did good job I was not happy about them not getting the time right. very inconvenient for me!!

I had a mediocre experience with Terminix. While they promised excellent service, they did not deliver.

Have not had them here until Saturday 8/21. Will let you know

Person did a first treatment and was great. Made an appt, he did not show up. It took me hours to track him down. His excuse was that he forgot. He was polite, so, he is coming tomorrow...

The initial scheduling of the service was challenging, however it was worked out and we are pleased with the service.

Trainer with two trainees. Large bald faced hornet nest removed midday without incident.
