Came promptly, on a weekend, finished the job in an hour. Hornets are gone.

Just getting started with service contract, but good communication, accurate info and confirmation emails so far.

They were very nice and they called when they were in route.

Disappointed they did not show up at the scheduled time. They were only able to treat outside and still seeing ant dust.

They called immediately and were able to get to my house for an inspection and service within a few days of my seeking help.

Guy who came out was great

The tech who performed the treatment left a mess behind which I considered very unprofessional. Dirt plugs scattered over the lawn and stone planters from bait traps, debris from holes in concrete, and concrete itself, tools that I let him use not put away.

Did a good job.

They worked with me and were very professional. I never did select Hawkes from the original three, but Home Advisor did and I received several calls and appointments which had to be cancelled.
