They are as good as the ads say!

We hired them because they said if the Yellow Jackets would not be gone after they sprayed and powdered them they would come back, and at no charge. they would come back and put the removal chemicals in place at no charge.

I contacted this company to help resolve our pest problem before it becomes worse. Twice scheduled, a hold was placed on my card for payment twice, and no one showed up. I have to now contact someone else to see if I can get this taken care of asap.

I paid a lot of money and I still see termites. I do not believe they did anything to stop the problem. Very poor.

I hired the company to do an insect inspection so I could refinance my house. , Set up an appointment date. Was given a quote of $150.00 On that date, I received a call from the exterminator stating he could not keep our appointment unless I agreed to pay $250.00, or we could change the appointment. We changed the appointment for another day, and he never called and was a no-show. I hired another local company who kept their appointment, was on time, and only charged $30.00 for the same inspection.

Terminix put down many termite baits in my yard and the pesticides used inside my home has made inside my home free of insects. I would recommend this company to my friends and family.

We had an infestation of yellow jackets. The service tech first sprayed the entire perimeter of our home then he put on a bee suit and completely annihilated the bees with the dust treatment. Most of them died on the spot, but the ones that were not in the hive at the time of treatment were killed when they came back to the hive. After having been stung at least 5 times over a week while I was outside doing yard work, I was thrilled that these â killerâ bees were eliminated from our property!

I had a terrible experience with Orkin, and Terminix contacted me within minutes of reaching out; consistently follow-up and confirm with texts; ensure you know who’ll be coming out; etc. The experience has been great so far!

On time for inspection, and the inspection itself was good. Scheduled first service for when I said I could not be here, but called before coming. No show on reschedule. Late third time with no call before showing up. Work seemed fine when he was here. We had a minor problem of tiny ants in kitchen. Seemed to be no communication between results of inspection and the technician who came to do the work. Makes me wonder how appropriate our treatment was.

Called and they had a tech there the next day. very professional and courteous , had report the following day that was all OK

So far everything is good. This is an ongoing service. Not a onetime thing. They come out every few months and respray. Monthly payment plan.
