Hope they continue like that

I am satisfied with the work done.

Terminix messed up our gutters during tenting then came back twice to fix them and made it worse each time. We asked the CEO twice to refund the extra out-of-pocket expense of repairing them which was ignored. Since we paid upfront (big mistake) we are screwed! The local manager did not care about our problem at all. The rep was a fantastic guy who since left them because he did not like the way they operated. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND TERMINIX!!!!

Little late with coming, once arrived made a good assessment of the situation and acted promptly. Left his number incase I had any other problems.

The technician contacted me right away to set up an appointment. They came this morning, assessed the situation and applied treatment to the affected area. Technician stated that should we continue to have a problem to call immediately and they will return to do another treatment.

He showed up unexpected and was not friendly at all. Went ahead and sprayed for roaches (which I still have). And left without saying a word about when he is coming back or what to do if I still have roaches after so many days.

The technician who came out to treat our yellow jacket problem got right to the point and applied the correct treatment to the infested area of our home right away. The insects were gone within 24 hours. He was also very courteous and professional and did not try to sell us services we did not need. Overall I would recommend this company and can honestly say that the technician is incredibly competent and good at his job. We are very satisfied customers, and paid substantially less for the service than the quote we got from another leading pest control company, who also cancelled the day of the job with no notice. At that point we hired Terminix and the problem was addressed the following day. Within 48 hours we were again able to use that part of the yard and my kids can finally play on their playground again thanks to the prompt and correct service. Many thanks to Terminix.

Is extremely poor customer service, poor feedback and looks like very poor internal communication and total unresponsive.

He was great! The supervisor called the next day to make sure everything was fine.

The inspector came out and walked the property then discussed how the process would work, how often the treatments would be done, and if there were problems between treatments they would come out at no addition cost. The inspector was courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. Before leaving, and after we agreed to the services, he was able to schedule our first treatment within a couple of days.

The worker did not want to work. Told me the job was 60% done, but to Terminix job was completed. Next visit, had to assist with lifting. Told me my mine might be playing tricks on me I have pictures of bugs plus bite marks. This is not what was promised. After taking my $$, I am not a priority. Showed up late each time. Very unhappy.

I booked an appointment around 4am for the exterminator to show between 8 and 10 am. The exterminator showed during the appointed time and completed the project efficiently and effectively.

They took my card number, charged me and I never heard anything from them. They re scammers.

Quick and dependable

You can never get through to talk to anyone they do not return phone calls. I was promised by several different managers I would have my money returned due to 2 no-call no-shows from them. They continued to lie to me did not take care of the problem. I was hung up on by the branch manager and called a liar.

Dustin is a top notch professional in every respect; I definitely recommend Terminix because of him. Excellent follow-up from the customer service staff at Terminix as well. Will definitely call if needed in the future!
