Came promptly,. Customer service told us that we would only have to vacate the premises for one hour not 2-3 but, then again, we were told by the tech that they don't do many flea infestations. Said they would come back for a reinspection in two weeks and re=apply if necessary but haven't heard yet. Got good instructions form the tech but we did feel the need to personally treat with a bomb once as, although most of the fleas were gone, it seemed like there was more than we were comfortable with after a week. Happily looks like we're flea free.

The call center scheduled it for a Friday between 1:00-5:00. I cleaned out all of the cupboards ahead of time and was called at noon that they had a schedule conflict in another city so had to reschedule until Saturday. The inspector was able to spray for roaches and seem to be under control. I am waiting for a follow up inspection to see if further action is needed. Other than the schedule error, I was pleased with the company.

Initial appointment and inspection were as soon as I wanted (even sooner than I was able to accommodate). The inspector laid out my problem, what would be involved in treating it. My inspection was for carpenter ants, which were present, but some rather obvious termite damage was also found. The technician who did the treatment wasn't initially available as soon as I would have liked, but they rescheduled it to a couple of days after the inspection which was very convenient for me. They explained that it was likely that dead ants would turn up on the floor around the site if the treatment in a couple of days (and they did). If I were to continue to see live ants in a week or two to call them back and they would take care of it, guaranteed. It ain't cheap, but what is. It's not like I'm equipped to handle this stuff myself. Anyway, that's what to expect.

I specifically wanted the underbelly of my mobile sprayed after the old insulation was removed and before the new insulation was installed. The scheduler completely understood the service requested and scheduled the technician to arrive when the underbelly was bare. When the technician arrived he refused to spray the underbelly. He only did the general pest control. I had to sign up for a treatment plan and provide payment info before they would schedule the service and even though I really only wanted the underbelly treated at this specific time. The technician said he would come back after the skirting is on and blow some powder treatment under the mobile home. I have been trying for 2 days now to speak to the scheduler/supervisor. The national customer service representative is prohibited from giving me the telephone number of the supervisor. When I call the original number it goes to voicemail and on one calls back. The reps can't reach the supervisor and can only send an email requesting he call me. I am still waiting for the call. It appears they don't care about customer service. Their emails only contain the national customer service number and not the local contact number. I will add more once I speak to the supervisor.
