They bait and switch you with a good offer then call the night (yes night) before the scheduled service and give a reason they cannot come. Supposed to contact me the following day. Not only do they not call, they do not answer or return left messages. Looks like now I need to contact my credit card company.

I am not sure its worth the value to buy the yearly plan. I called and planned for a specific service and the technician had no idea what I was talking about even though I was very detailed in the call and request.

Both the inspector and the treatment guy were very friendly and professional. The inspector assessed our problem as an infection with fleas from a pet bird and he appeared to be right, however, the treatment guy said that he should have also checked for bedbugs. The treatment for fleas seem to have corrected our problem.

After quickly charging my card, they promised to arrive on the next business day during a 4-hour window. They never showed up. It took me 3 texts and two phone calls, one with threats, to get my card charge reversed. They really were only interested in selling me a monthly plan, what a joke after not showing up and not telling me they would not be there. I will never call them again. Why are they recommended by Angi?

Treated for fleas after the visit there was no reduction at all, they are going to treat again so we will see how that goes.
