I hired this company in the Clarksville TN area, because they were the recommended pro by Angi. I scheduled pest control and termite prevention services, a large order. I was scheduled for Saturday the 6th at 8-12. Everything at first was smooth, I got the call thirty mins before the tech arrived. He installed the termite guard. He told me someone else would come to spray, because termite and pest control were separate. After already installing half my order on my home, I was advised via TEXT that due to scheduling problems my house couldn?t be sprayed today like scheduled and they?d ?get to me sometime next week.? I texted back for an explanation and received no response. Im frustrated because I explained to the agent when I scheduled that we had a new home and it has no pest control. My son has been getting bit by a bug on his back and we needed this service done ASAP. I didn?t appreciate being told by text after my appointment was already in progress that they couldn?t do what they?d agreed. I?m going to find another company for pest control, and may even try to find another company for termite control. I was not happy with this experience at all and am appalled it came from an Angi?s pro. My appointment was in progress. They could have notified me the day before or before my appt time. They could have told the termite guy to let me know. Instead I?m frustrated and confused and wasn?t even contacted by phone to discuss options. I feel they thought id be stuck with them after the termite guard was installed, so that they could reschedule and not worry, but that was very inconsiderate of me and my family?s needs. It was shady and not what I?d expect. Highly do not recommend this company. Their prices are already outrageous. Like $150 a month for the first year of termite and pest control. I only selected this company because of its reviews on here and was extremely disappointed.

Yellowjacket wasps were somehow getting into my sunroom addition. The inspector spent at least an hour and half looking for evidence of entry. He finally found the tiny holes outside in the cedar siding and spayed, However, I killed up to 25 wasps per day in the sunroom for the next 5 days. I was gone for a weekend during which we had a slight frost, (28 degrees) and I have not seen them since. I don't know if the cold got them or they finally took the 'dust' back to the nest and killed them. I won't know until spring when the weather warms again. Meanwhile we are filling in the holes found outside. The inspector was very conscientious and determined in finding their entry. My husband and I never would have found it. I would rate them higher if I knew for sure the pests were gone.

I was told I would be called from the company when the contractor came to repair the outside termite damage. No call. I called two more times on different days, no call. I suppose once they have your money they don?t feel they need to return phone calls. Terrible customer service as I know it.

Did a good job, but waiting for our second time which will happen when our new bed is delivered. So sad that a $25 bargain headboard winds up costing us nearly $4,000 with the purchase of a new queen-size mattress and the cost of application of Terminix.
