Terminix representatives arrive in a timely manner and are respectful of customers' home and time. They do a thorough job and are attentive to follow-up visits as stated in the contract. Thank you!

Actual service was fine, but getting someone to come out took multiple calls. They had me waiting until 5 on a Saturday and never showed up, nor did they call to reschedule. Called the following Monday and everything ran smoothly.

Mike was the tech sent to help us and he was amazing. Not only did he listen and understand the issue, he had the experience to know how to handle it. Mike gets a 10.The scheduling gets a 5. There was an issue with the scheduling. I was told verbally, over the phone, that I was scheduled between 12n and 2pm. I received and email showing that I was scheduled for 9am. Mike's schedule was set for between 8am and 10am. I spoke with someone in a national office who clearly did not have access to local schedules.
