Very efficient, took care of the problem!

Terminix is an excellent pest control company. They did miss an appointment for ants and I’m still having the problem. They are supposed to follow up.

They do what they said they would do.

Bill was quite knowledgeable and helpful. He made sure we knew all the pest problems were dealing with and the best ways to handle them. Will definitely recommend.

Very nice and professional customer service. And very knowledgeable of their products and services.

Get a clear contract in your hand the day of your initial visit. The right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. My tech was very good at his job and did what he promised.

Able to answer all my questions. Kept me updated throughout the process.

Local technician is great and helpful but hopefully you do not need the call center. Calling their cooperate side is terrible, 5 people to answer a question.

I hired the Terminix out of Arvada. My home was inspected and a contract was drawn up. I signed the contract for services and paid. An appointment was set up, the technician arrived as expected. However, the service I received was not completed per the contract signed and paid for. I have reached out multiple times to the company, left messages by phone and texts to my company contact. It has been hit or miss to reach my contact. I have been told I would receive a call. While writing this comment I finally received a call from the company. At this time I am awaiting to hear back from the company as to when the follow up will be completed.

The technician came back a few days after the initial treatment, to re spray certain areas of stubborn recurring ants. They are very thorough and professional!

They made the appointment in the window time frame. They did treatment the same day. The price was high but said industry standards in pricing.

Very polite, informative, and thorough but I am still seeing a lot of bugs living and dead. Instead of treating every room, only the bathrooms and kitchen were treated. I also signed up for mosquito treatments and they came and fogged my yard when it was raining. I do not feel that the monthly payments are worth the minimal treatments around the home and outside of it. I am not sure if I am paying to remain a client or to have my pest problem addressed. They were very attentive and seemed to fit right in when they came out to my house. They were great. Felt like family. Very professional team. They took time to analyze my home's need, explain their assessment and offer reasonable solutions.

Terminix installed ant traps and sprayed the outside of the house on March 15. Great by March 18, I did not see any ants inside at all. Then on March 23 a bunch of ants were in the main bathroom. NO ant trap installed in the main bathroom back on March 15th. I will be contacting Terminix today, March 24, to have an ant trap installed in the main bathroom. The installer left his tube of Maxforce in the dining room

They were really on the ball.
