They responded quickly and gave me a reasonable estimate. The next day an employee was drilling holes around the house and applying poison, a similar technique for a similar problem years ago. I don't like poisons but I do need to take care of the house. Soetimes I guess it is a choice of evils.

Get estimates before settling on a particular vendor. I got four and Terminix was the most reasonable.

We have some big black ants showing up in the house, some with wings. The inside of the house was inspected for ants and termites. They determined that there is no infestation inside so it wasn't necessary to spray inside. They sprayed outside all around the house and will be back in 3 months to recheck.

They assess the problem, gave me an education about termite. We went over price options. They came out and installed some baits around the perimeter of my home and treat the areas where we physically saw termites and areas that they saw termites. And they will be back for a follow-up

We found evidence of termite infestation. They responded quickly and inspected property the following day. Price was reasonable and employee was knowledgeable. He explained scope of work and options thoroughly. We added pest control as additional price was very reasonable. Work was performed the following day and we are satisfied with service.

Be very careful before you engage them, they are very sneaky and do not sign any contract whiteout seeing it.
