They contacted us 2 days before service. Asking if we had any questions and gave us his contact info. We also heard back after the treatment and I could text back questions. MJ was very nice and informative.

THEY ARE JUST VERY GOOD AT THEIR TRADE AND THE OPERATOR WAS A VEY POLITE AND HARD WORKER AND RID MY PROBLEM IN A COUPLE OF HOURS. tRIED TO CORRECT ERRORS BUT YOUR PROGRAM WOULD NOT LET ME, GIVE THEM ALL A 5 OR 10 IF POSSIBLE.

Patrick was courteous and did a thorough job of spraying my house for carpenter bees. He even did my shed. Its only been less than a week and so far so good on results. He did say he would do a follow up in June. I'm satisfied with the single service and cost was reasonable.

They are alright

They do not follow through with what they tell you. They are not honest. They do not return phone calls. Once you pay them you do not get any more service. Do not hire them!

Terminix sent someone out the morning after I called to access the situation . A technician came two days later and treated the inside and outside of the house. The problem was an ant swarm in a shower related to a damaged water line. The ants are gone and plumbers are working on the water issue. I signed up for repeat applications scheduled every three months to keep this from happening again. The people sent out were professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. BF in OKC

First visit was acceptable. Need to see future applications to observe the bugs control.
