Bad experience. When I signed up through Home Advisor they called me within minutes to set up an appointment. They came out on a Friday morning and performed pest service. It took only about 10 minutes and cost $250.00. They claimed the ant infestation would go away quickly. 3 days later there are more ants than ever, both inside and outside the house. I called them and the best they could do is come back 9 DAYS LATER. That is unacceptable. So I will either do do-it-yourself pest control or call a better company to get the job done. You can bet I will tell everyone I know not to consider them for any work, as they are not reputable. Once they get you for the first appt. they are in and gone, but of course your credit card was charged the minute you signed up. I will also be filing a complaint to the BBB and the Ohio AG.

Terminix was very prompt and had all the work that was needed within a week. They explained everything in detail that was being done. Very professional. I would definitely recommend them.

They no showed/no call to scheduled appointment. Never received follow-up call from supervisor after complaining to customer service twice. After rescheduling service appointment the tech attempted to change the arrival time without consulting me first. Interactions with the tech gave the impression he was extremely concerned with receiving good survey results; not very professional.
