I had an appointment and they did not show. Customer Service had no phone number for the technician, so no way to find out when or if they would show up. Someone else told me my appointment was rescheduled to 7/3 which is a Sunday, and they are not open. I ended up asking for a refund. Definitely do not hire them in the Columbus, OH area.

Do not think they are as Thorough as they could be.

I had the large black ants in my kitchen and outaide deck. I called Terminex, within 1 day most were gone. There was 1 or 2 on our deck but looked drunk. Soon they just died off. Very happy!!

I had to wait a while for an appointment and then i got one for the 24th but then they rescheduled it to the 28th and they come out and sprayed. Just waiting on the results now

I still have many cobwebs and bugs in my home. A problem that should have been dealt with earlier. can't wait for next visit!

I would not recommend this company to anyone. 

They did well.

If your in Utah, do not use them until they can get their new computer program rolled out to every state and the kinks worked out. The systems do not speak to each other. So when Utah does not answer their phone which is always, it is forwarded to Arkansas or Tennessee They have a different program then Utah. So incorrect information happens all along the way. I received 4 different appointment times to verify. Three were incorrect. They do not care if the appointment time you were sent to verify is correct in their emails or texts, and they send it out anyway because it is automated. I had to call to clarify. The tech said his time frame was correct. Which was 9-11. I made a 2-4 which was changed to an 11-1 appointment. They just make up whatever works for them and the technician texts it the evening before they come. I called when a room of ours was missed during the first spraying. I called back the tech and their dispatch center a asking them to return. The tech told me he gets a lot of texts. In a week no one returned my call or dispatch did not get the message to the tech, so I was told. They are a hot mess! I could go on on why you should not use them. Oh and the tech arrives pissed off because I contacted the office. It also appears he threw our dogs frisbee in the neighbors yard out of spite. We have no proof but it was gone when he left and the neighbor gave it back to us later. We are two adults with no other person living here. Worst experience ever with a company!!!!

Technician Caleb is wonderful. Punctual, courteous and gets the job done. Great communicator, I know down to the minute when he will arrive also when and what he has done.

Great tech - explained ever

The two men were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Haven't seen any more carpenter ants since their treatment. Excellent all around.

He was very professional in doing the job of treating both the inside and the perimeter around the house. He answered all my questions regarding the pest situation and provided tips on how I can help in eradicating the pests.

They promise the things they can not deliver. There is a central office that does not know what local one can do. This is not the Terminix I knew from the past.

I chose Terminix for my refinance inspection. The technician was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable.

I want to get ready of this bed bugs I have pay a hold lot money it hard to get ready of them I thought I got ready but I guess didn't and I want to know how much I you going charge me for help me to get ready of this bed bugs for good

Service tech was promp and completed his work. Very satisfied.

Overall I was pleased with the service. However, the sales rep attempted to sell me the premium plan which I don't need. The technician that came out to complete the service was good, however they did not tell him what service we ordered before hand.
