The gutter and downspout installation went well. After installation, there was one gutter that was overflowing and they had to return to correct the issue which so far, seems to have worked.
They had to be reminded several times about the soffit material and the screens took several months to complete. I visited their office probably 6 to 8 times before the screens were completed. There was a problem locating parts and during the process they moved locations. Add that to the fact that their "screen guy" only works Monday and no one else seems to know much about the screens. In the move, they lost several of the screens (actually misplaced them - they appeared later).
The quality of the work was good, but the lack of following up with their customers was frustrating.
Last comment - All the people with whom I interacted were very nice, polite, and cordial.

Went OK. First visit to the house they did not have the right size ladder. Came back a few days later while we were out and cleaned the gutter and downspouts. Everything is good now.

Could have not asked for better service, timeliness or quality work. It was a small job but they arrived for the estimate and the install on time. They gave me what I felt was a reasonable price and did the work in a very timely and professional manner.

It was just a little job and I was satisfied with their work. They cleaned out a gutter and put a gutter guard over the top. It was a couple of weeks ago. It was $100. I had very limited interaction with them but I called them up, they did the job and I paid them and that was it. I was satisfied with the job they did. I thought the price was reasonable. As far as I know he did what I asked him to do. I thought the price was reasonable. I don't have any complaints. If I have another problem I would probably call them back. Use them again.
