He seems fine and professional. He and his family have been in business for over 30 years.

We wanted to know what it would cost to either remove the cap or clean it out so it functioned. A woman came out accompanied by an elderly man. They didn't even bother with a business card. When we explained what we wanted done, they used a measuring tape to estimate the length of of the gutter. This was a joke since the length of the gutter was more than a measuring tape could handle. After writing some things on her clipboard she informed us it would cost $200 to clean out the front gutter. She gave no written estimate. When asked about when something like this could be done, we were informed someone would call us. No one did for over 2 weeks. At that time a young woman called and said she was new and did we need their services. By that time we had found a professional who removed the gutter cap for $38. He also said the gutter was clean and in good shape. We do not recommend these folks. They were very unprofessional.

The gutter and downspout installation went well. After installation, there was one gutter that was overflowing and they had to return to correct the issue which so far, seems to have worked. They had to be reminded several times about the soffit material and the screens took several months to complete. I visited their office probably 6 to 8 times before the screens were completed. There was a problem locating parts and during the process they moved locations. Add that to the fact that their "screen guy" only works Monday and no one else seems to know much about the screens. In the move, they lost several of the screens (actually misplaced them - they appeared later). The quality of the work was good, but the lack of following up with their customers was frustrating. Last comment - All the people with whom I interacted were very nice, polite, and cordial.

Went OK. First visit to the house they did not have the right size ladder. Came back a few days later while we were out and cleaned the gutter and downspouts. Everything is good now.

Could have not asked for better service, timeliness or quality work. It was a small job but they arrived for the estimate and the install on time. They gave me what I felt was a reasonable price and did the work in a very timely and professional manner.

It was just a little job and I was satisfied with their work. They cleaned out a gutter and put a gutter guard over the top. It was a couple of weeks ago. It was $100. I had very limited interaction with them but I called them up, they did the job and I paid them and that was it. I was satisfied with the job they did. I thought the price was reasonable. As far as I know he did what I asked him to do. I thought the price was reasonable. I don't have any complaints. If I have another problem I would probably call them back. Use them again.

Good, knowledgeable personnel. Responsive, professional, and a good value.

Was a small job and could accept it if they said they did not want to do it for whatever reason but they just let it slide. Will not use them no matter how large a job I have in the future. Makes you wonder how they followup on any of their work.

Mr. Smith said he would come and give me an estimate, but he failed to show up for our appointment and never called. I won't be calling him again.
