The cuts were jagged - if you run your hands over the corners you are subject to cut your hands - none of the corners line up properly - the door was not level - when you open the shower door water pours out onto the floor - all trim was uneven - nothing matches properly - all in all the entire job was just very poorly done - also they did not use booties to cover their shoes every time they would go outside to make a cut they tracked metal shavings into the house and onto the master bedroom carpet we spent several days trying to get all of the metal shaving out of our carpet. There was metal shavings all in the shower the bent the drain - and in our garage they used our lawnmower as a place to lay the metal pieces to make their cuts - there was metal shaving all over our lawnmower as well as all over our garage floor. They were asked if they were going to clean up after themselves - their response was "they don't have a vaccum." They were also asked about the bad cuts and the uneven door - what was going to be done about this? They acted as if they were going to their truck to get additional tools - and they just left - they left without cleaning up after themselves - they left without attempting to fix the problems. When we called the owner of the company - he stated that he didn't have time to come to our home and look at their work - we then took detailed pictures and emailed them to the owner - when we called the owner to find out what he was going to do - he told us he was so busy that he did not have to time look at the pictures - at that point in time we then stopped payment on our check - approximately 3 weeks later - the secretary of the company contacted us via email to let us know the owner of the company had gotten with the manufacture and they were going to completely replace everything and she wanted to know when it would be convenient for us for them to come out and replace the bad work with new - I then sent her a response confirming to make sure there was not misunderstanding and I specifically ask her is Marc (the owner) going to replace all of the glass and the door around the entire shower, she responded yes - he is going to replace everything - we agreed upon a date - we were willing to give them a second chance - we had a check ready upon completion of the job - they came to our home - they took down the existing glass panels and door- loaded it up in their truck - they left and they never returned - we tried calling several times throughout the day and emailing to find out what time they would be returing - but we never received a response. The next day - we received an email from the owner of the company -telling us that he had honored our "desired resolution - to remove the glass panels/door" - and that he did not think he could make us happy. He knew when he was setting up this appointment that he was going to remove and not replace - he just didn't let us know - so that we could make other arrangements - as it stands - we are without a shower - we now have to wait until we can get someone in to give us an estimate and make the panels and do the job - all of this could have been arranged prior to them taking out the existing glass - this was very unprofessional - we did not harrass this company in any way - we did file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau - and this is how he responded to this complaint - so I would suggest - if you use this company - and if you have a problem do do complain to the BBB - or he will exttract revenge on you. This is the most unprofessional company we have ever dealt with. We would never recommend to anyone.
