My technician Sean Moore was very nice and effective

Sales person Kawika spent time explaining the service and benefits to the plan. The tech came to the house when he said he would be which is a rarity in this day and time. He applied tratment and set out a couple traps. That night out on our deck not a single pest crawling around. Ants and other creeping crawling things were gone.

Quarterly service was performed today. My technician, Jackson Newsome arrived exactly on time, was courteous and very professional. Treated my home inside and out. Thank you Valor, and Jackson for providing the service and letting us live in a bug free home.

I’ve had Valor pest control for a few years now I have outside treatments and inside treatments I get a phone call or text message reminded me the day before and they call me on their way out and let me know what time they’re coming. They’ve always been on time sometimes early which is a plus I’ve had many technicians throughout the years. They are very well polite, very kind and very respectful.

My rep Mark "Tiny" was prompt, courteous and a true professional taking his work seriously. He was very attentive to details and sprayed areas of concern like some of my rose bushes which started to show signs of some insects making holes in the leaves. He sprayed inside and outside for preventative care and overall did a great job.
