When I called he couldnâ t do the job that day and I told him I was sorry my mother was in hospice and I had to have my water fixed for her.. a few hours later he called and said he finishes his jobs early and he had time to come by is if I needed him. He came and fixed my issue and also a few things that he didnâ t charge me for.. he went above and beyond.. excellent service

Charged way too much. Did not have any parts with him, drove back to JC to get basic every day parts, charged 200 dollars for driving time. I payed 367.00 dollars to replace 2 faucets and shower core.

Seth was on time, efficient and had my repair done very quickly. He presented me with the old parts that were replaced and even gave me a discount because he had to blow off our initial appointment (for a good reason) but was here the next morning first thing. Very satisfied. And a lot less expensive than I expected.

He arrived on time, went to work and attacked the issues. The tree/roots that caused the damaged were an additional challenge. He worked through the issues, took additional time to get the job done. Very professional and friendly.
