"Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention and allowing us the opportunity to respond. Our records indicate that you purchased an Angie's List voucher for $99.00 in July of 2015, not 2017. This voucher was good for $300.00 of chimney repair. Unfortunately, in your particular case, the chimney had advanced deterioration of the chimney crown, multiple bricks with complete cracks and mortar joints that would require a great scope of repair. Chim Chimney prides itself on providing premier customer service, and we appreciate your assistance in resolving this dispute. Additionally we thank you for the opportunity to serve you again. Our records indicate that you are scheduled for a dryer vent cleaning on June 22."
