Todd and Tim installed a tankless water heater when my older water heater quit working. Todd responded immediately to my initial query and scheduled the job quickly. He and his partner Tim worked long hours to get the heater installed in one day--the process involved a good bit of electrical expertise. They were both knowledgeable, hard working, very skilled, and unfailingly pleasant. I am very glad I hired them for this project and plan to hire them again in the future.

They were the first to respond, almost immediately. Todd kept me up to date with arrival times . By 8:00 pm that same day, the work was done.

We hired Sharp Home Improvements to finish out a basement room from Stud Wall only to a completely finished and functional room with electrical, trim, dry wall, paint, etc. When looking to hire a contractor, we had no referrals and really didn't know where to start. We found Todd and Sharp Home Improvements online and could not have been more blessed to find a talented, dependable, and capable person at a fair price to bring out idea to reality. Not only did we want a proficient contractor, but I also wanted to feel comfortable with the person I left in our home with my family and even times when we were away. Todd and his team made me feel very comfortable that my home, family, and belonging were all safe whether we were at home or away. Todd is very knowledgable, answered any of my questions in detail and kept the workplace and other areas of the home affected very clean during the project. His initial drawings were exactly what what had discussed and any changes along the way were handled smoothly. We were very, very pleased with the finished product, follow up, and entire remodel experience. Great Job! and we will definitely use Sharp Home Improvemnts in the future.

I had trouble finding an electrician who was familiar with Solar Panel Inverter systems. This company took the necessary time to study my system before making any changes. They then properly did the work providing many helpful suggestions. My solar system is working fine.

This is the review I wrote back in May, 2016. Dependable. Reliable. Knowledgeable. Flexible. Highly Capable. Multiple Projects OK. Trustworthy. Efficient. They are my go-to team for any project because they are so pleasant to work with and strive for perfection. They have completed another spectacular job for us and this is my August, 2016 review: We hired Todd and his team to install a specialty cat fence from the company purrfectfence.com. He was able to navigate a completely new fencing system competently. Now, we depend on Todd Sharp for all of our home improvement needs. He has access to electricians, tilers, stone masons, etc. depending on what the job needs are. We stay flexible on the time-frames because sometimes it's difficult to fit our small jobs into his busy schedule. If it is urgent, though, he will bend over backwards to get the job done quickly. Otherwise, we keep a running list and he fits us in between his larger remodeling contracts. He is extremely knowledgeable, will try to save you money and one of the nicest people to work with too. We feel very fortunate to have found him. Our next project with Todd may be installing an arbor. Nothing is out of his range of expertise.

Todd & Tim replaced a defective portion on my electric panel. My older home (built in 1923) presented a few problems for them but they knew what they were doing. When a new minor problem arose overnight they came the next day to remedy that too!

Todd and Tim came to install one ceiling fan and there was no problem when we asked to have a second fan installed. There was additional wiring to be done and the job was completed in a professional and timely manner. We would highly recommend Sharp Home Improvements to family and friends. Todd installed a tankless water heater for me. His work was meticulous and he fully explained the operations of the heater. He has also done two other electrical projects for me and I am happy to recommend him as he is person if integrity and offers fair pricing and excellent service.

The service was very professional, well thought out and complete! My home is an older home built in 1960 so there were a few issues that arose but Todd and Tim brainstormed and solved the issue permanently! I am impressed with how much they cared!!

Todd came in to remedy a situation we had with a botched slate floor installation. He did an amazing job of correcting the mistakes and guiding our expectations. The result is a great slate floor that we absolutely love.
