I cannot day enough good things about Moss Electric. They are truly good people. I have never felt more comfortable with an electric, HVAC, and really ANY company that comes out to give an estimate. They were very professional, compassionate and took a lot of time explaining things to me, so i actually understood what they were talking about (& rare). I would have given them a 5 but they missed one junction box that I wanted capped and prepped for siding.

Technicians were very professional and courteous. They completed the work promptly and left the area clean. The only problem I had was the cost. Wow. I had no idea this work would cost so much. Being a homeowner is not for the fainthearted!

I called these guys and they came out in an HOUR!!! They were already in my area but I was thrilled with the response. The two electricians they sent were both very professional, courteous and they worked fast which I appreciated since they charge by the hour. The work was well done and I am completely satisfied. I'll definitely call these guys again for my electrical work.

A great all round company to work with.

Excellent customer service.

The first day they did not show up. They called, but never showed after I waited all day. But, to their credit, a few days later they realized their mistake and came over quickly and completed my work successfully. I thought they were a little expensive ($160 for 1 hour of work).
