Sales person seemed knowledgeable, was friendly, and very good at picking out the right products for what we wanted. But that is where the service ended. The installers did a good job with the carpet but botched the vinyl completely. The day they installed it the one installer had to leave early to go to a kids soccer game. This was back in March of 2013. They half-assed the installation and we had bubbles everywhere. They didn't have time to roll it out with their roller so they told my wife they would be back the next day. They didn't come back until 3-4 days later and said they got hung up on another job. Hung up on another job before they finished with ours? The installer injected glue with a hypodermic needle poking holes into the vinyl then laid plywood over the spots and weighed it down with my toolbox and some other things found around the house and said that would work. We left it like this for several days but when we removed the weights it popped right back up. I called the store upset and asked to speak to the owner but was told he was busy. I talked to our sales person and she hung up on me. Finally I got ahold of someone else and they had the installer contact me to come back out. When he came back out he blamed it on the fact that we had our air conditioner on. Excuse me? It was in the 80's outside and what would that have to do with this? He also said that part of the problem was that not enough people were walking on it. We are 60 years old should we go out and adopt some children for awhile? Have wild drunken parties? What? Three times they came out to our house to fix the problem doing the same thing each time with the same results. The last time was even a different crew. Fortunately the pattern kind of hides it unless you look for the spots you don't see them because we have given up dealing with this store. Never once did our salesperson or anyone else from the store even bother to call to see how the work was or if it was fixed or anything. In fact each time I called the store I was left on hold for long periods of time or disconnected and had to call back. Their website says they have been in business for 36 years but for the life of me I do not know why. I would not recommend them to anyone, ever.
