It has always gone well. Nathan is very honest and dependable. He has offered to help us in several other personal problems. For example, my husband was going to mow for a while and had trouble with the lawn mower. Nathan took a look at it, put it on his trailer and took it to Lowe's for repair at no charge to us. Also, we recently had a large black walnut tree blow over and damage a smaller maple tree. Nathan came right over and braced the maple until the tree service could come and look at it and take away the fallen walnut tree. The tree service was impressed with the "first aid" the maple tree received. Again, there was no charge to us for this help.
