Geary responded quickly to our first phone call and scheduled a time for an estimate right away. He was going to be eight minutes late due to traffic and called us to advise - which we greatly appreciate. Seems to be very knowledgeable about all elements of his trade. His does good work. We have already had him back a second time and have requested an estimate for other work.

When we spoke on the phone he was easy to talk to, kind, and spoke in simple terms in case I lacked handyman knowledge. On the day of service, he was on time. He said he would be and be was! I had the fan and switch I wanted and he brought the rest of the supplies needed. There was no running to Lowes to get more supplies and wasting my day. When assessing the fan situation and explaining it to us he never spoke down to us. In two hours he had: arrived on time, installed a fan from scratch, was kind and professional, cleaned up any mess made (he said he would so I inspected), and let me get back to my day. Best part: I got a three switch wall unit, through a miss communication between my wife and I the fan "would not work." Because it was the third switch not the second one.). I called him before investigating to report the problem. (When i got home i realized what went wrong.). He called me back and immediately wanted to help me troubleshoot the problem. When I explained what happened we laughed. I will be recommending him to my mother who always has a project.

Very knowledgable. Suggested a couple of small things that needed repairing that I had not seen. On time, personable, and professional.

One word describes Geary....WOW....this job was not as simple as it should be and actually Geary came up with the ideas that made it work. He was on time, went right to work and kept me informed through the whole project. It all worked out better than I thought it would and it looks great! Gary is great. After several frustrating experiences with flaky handymen, Gary was on time and professional. Not only did he do what we asked, he came with great suggestions about how best to approach the work and be budget friendly. He's clearly experienced and takes his business seriously. He's responsive and communicative, which are traits we really appreciate. He's going to be our guy from here on out. Not to mention, he was great with our kids and our dog and we felt completely comfortable having him in our home.

Geary Falk came to my condo to provide a free estimate and ended up having the time & tools to complete the job on the spot.He was courteous, explained what he would do, had drop cloths to contain any debris from the work, and cleaned up after he had completed. Nice gentleman, you should use him!

When he disappeared from the job (after we discovered the wrong tile had been installed), we hired the tile people that he had brought in to tear it down and finish the job. He came into our home while we were at work to leave our key and refused to discuss with me why I would not pay him the last few hundred dollars as I felt he had totally misrepresented himself and what he was able to do. He also could not supply me with any receipts. A service that he quoted me just over $5000 for ended up costing more like $9000.

They were fantastic. The guy came over, identified the issue, and addressed the problem right away.

He first installed a wood floor for me. When I saw the professional way he did his job as well as the perfection in the final product, I kept giving him new work in my qust to remodel my new home. He has a vast knowledge is so many areas and always showed up for work exactly when he stated he would be there. Even though he worked on numerous items in my home over several months time, he never failed to be there at the time and date we had agreed on. As previously stated, I recommend him very highly.

For all projects, plans and projects were implemented as promised and the results exceeded my expectations. The owner, Gearry Faulk, is smart, innovative, and always prepared.

I located this service when I visited the Nashville Glass company for another matter. Their recommendation gave me a feeling of credibility. This proved to be exact. The owner/ repairman is very serious about his work and works on a very focused and non-stop basis. I have never been more impressed with anyone who has performed services as this. I give him AAAA rating.

The job went well. He does good work. He charges what he quotes. I have used him before. He charges a little bit more than the competition, but he does better work.

We had difficulty arranging a meeting for an estimate. When scheduled to come instead for repair he was available and on time. He did a good job with the outside faucet but needed to return to finish repair on the leak under the sink.

WE HAVE USED THIS COMPANY FOR 10 YEARS AND GEARY IS AWESOME!! HE DOES EXACTLY WHAT IS EXPECTED, NEVER CHARGES MORE THAN HE QUOTES, PROVIDES A WRITTEN ESTIMATE, AND HIS WORK IS IMPECCABLE. MY HUSBAND IS NOT A HANDYMAN AND SO GEARY IS A LIFESAVER!
