Great service, friendly, flexible and knowledgeable. Did the work quickly, knew exactly how to fix my shutters and checked ALL the shutters in the house to make sure things were OK. Very fair price, too.

Jeff was prompt in communications and very clear about what work would be done and for what price. He was willing to go above and beyond and fix things that were wrong with our plantation shutters that we didn't even know about. Southern Shades, Inc. did not install our plantation blinds, but they were willing to work on them as our original installer has left the area.

Very dedicated and energetic owner repaired my very old shade so I didn't have to replace it. Very inexpensive, especially considering the effort he put into it. And much, much cheaper than buying a new one! Will use this company when it comes time to replace it, or any other window covering in my home.
