I was very impressed with this company. From the email confirmation of the service date and time, to the phone call of the arrival time and the name of worker, to the service i had preformed, to the follow up call and email about the service preformed, it was a great experience!! Would differently use again. A rated!

Had a problem with a running toilet, and I avoided doing anything about it by using the shut off valve to the toilet...until the valve went bad. I called early in the week and set the appointment for that Friday. They called ahead of time and after calling me, they arrived within 20 minutes. The plumber was very nice, we talked about joining their club so to speak to get better pricing and I did. He then fixed the toilet with a new fixture inside the tank, and then replace the bad valve that shuts off the water to the toilet. The whole experience took about an hour and a half....all in all, very good....

See above. There is nothing I would advise against w/this company. I think they were great--both ties they came out.

They were very good. He was very courteous. He showed me some things and explained what I may need to have done.

I had a very large water bill, so I reached out to Ben Franklin Plumbing to diagnose the problem. I was able to get an appointment the same day. The service technician arrived on time and was courteous throughout the appointment. He checked all toilets, faucets, and the water heater. He was thorough in his explanation of the problem, and fixed the issues then. He reviewed all the repairs with me before leaving.

Very professional and was not pushy when estimates were provided.

Workman arrived on time. He was friendly, professional and informative. The workman cleaned up after himself and even put things back under the cabinet.

Tub wasn't draining. I had used Ben Franklin before, liked them so called them back. They came the same day & fixed the problem. Also told me about a coupon that saved me 200.00!

They were prompt and responsive. They did what they were tasked to do and even made a minor repair to a valve on a faucet that hadn;t been working so I am very pleased.

When calling, receptionist was polite. Got a same day window of 12-4. Asked for Gary because of amazing previous experience with him. Love that they call when they are on their way. Gary looks around, sees what the issue is. Listens to my non-professional explanation - "when I have a shower, the toilet bubbles", and is able to understand! Gives us possibilities about how to fix, short term band-aid solution, however advises us on what's actually causing the issues, and what we will have to do to fix it and explains what will happen if we don't get the real issue fixed. He gives us a price range, and gives a reason for the range. (not just some random number.) Please use these guys and ask for Gary! He won't lead you the wrong way, and will be honest about what's going on and what you can expect.

The tech quickly removed and added new taps and repaired the pipe. In total he was there for about an hour. They have a fixed level pricing system one was a level 1 and another was a level 2 repair. I thought the price was high, however the work was professionally done and they were available on a Saturday. I would use them again, but perhaps would shop around for a better deal.

Showed up on time and work was fine but way too expensive

The plumber completed his inspection, except he did not flush the water heater. He said it needed to be replaced. His quote was high and we passed on his offer.

My kitchen sink became clogged, and so I consulted Angie's List to find a highly recommended plumber. I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing (207 Century Court, Franklin, TN 37064, 615-791-0338), and the next afternoon Mr. Gary Price arrived, which was within the time promised by the office. He used his 30 years' experience to diagnose the problem and do a thorough job of cleaning out my kitchen sink drain. The clog was beyond the grease trap, so he used a motor-driven 75 ft. snake to clear it. Mr. Price repeated the procedure several times until the drain ran freely again. He also examined a dripping faucet and slow-draining sink in the master bath and advised replacement. He had the parts on his truck, and the job was completed on time and above my expectations. He also gave me an estimate to install an outdoor faucet for our hot tub, which I plan to do in the future. I would not hesitate to call Benjamin Franklin for my future plumbing needs and will request Mr. Gary Price if he is available. He even made friends with my cat.

From the first contact with the receptionist that set the appointment for the following morning to the arrival of the tech, it was a very positive experience. Gary arrived on time as scheduled and was very knowledgeable and likable. He explained everything to me thoroughly and I loved his attitude and professionalism, but unfortunately not his price. I would have liked to have used this company because of Gary, but did feel the estimate was very high and out of my budget for this amount of repairs. Therefore, I did not use this company.

The company showed up on time. The water company had already found the leak for me so I told the plumber where it was located. He found the leak and had to call for a co worker to come help dig around the meter box to get access to the leak. They were there a total of 2 hours. They were very professional and left the area clean. My only disappointment was the cost, which I felt was very expensive. They did give me an estimate. I guess I was just unaware how expensive plumbing work can be. I did sign up for a yearly inspection plan so hopefully that will help find problems before they get out of hand.

Good experience. The person who arrived was extremely professional and on time. I will admit when my husband told me what the quote was, I was actually a bit upset and thought it was too high. However, as happens often, there were a lot of problems involved in plumbing the new deeper bowl sink for an older home and they were actually at our house for an evening and part of another day. For THAT amount of time, the price paid was a steal and they stuck to their estimate which impressed me. I might not use them for a small job depending on the estimate, but I would definitely get an estimate and would probably use them regardless on a large jo

Easy to make appointment, professional and curteous

The company came out and found what was wrong. He was very nice and professional and even wore shoe covers on our carpet.

They scheduled the appointment for the next day after I called. The technician called before he came and was on time. Cleaned two drains in the bathroom. I was very happy with the results, as the one sink had been stopped up for a little while with jewelry in it. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

He check the flapper valve and replaced it to stop the leak. He advised that it was probably the toilet and offered to replace it with a $800 one. I told him no thank you. The fix lasted about a week, but no other company had been successful int he past either. Went to home depot and bought an american standard and had it installed a week later. 2 months later and no leak.
