The work was done quickly. The plumber cleaned up when he was finished.

The tech arrived within the promised time frame. Work was accomplished with excellent workmanship. The bath was left as clean as when he arrived.

The apointment was easy to schedule. They showed up on time, and were very efficient.

It worked out pretty well. It went just perfectly. He was really good. He had met with my agent and I wasn’t going to be there because of work hours. He met on time and everything went smoothly. I believe the guy apologized for not being able to drain the water tank which was fine with me. I didn’t know that at that time. He went through and checked everything and found some stuff that the home inspection had. I would highly recommend him and I would use him again. It was a big deal purchase. I only used him with the deal and didn’t get anything else done.

So glad we used this plumber. Not only did we receive punctual, quallity service but was able to take advantage of the coupon being offered through AngiesList. I called and they set up a same-day 2 hour window appointment. They then called and were able to come earlier and asked if that would be okay. The plumber was polite and knowledgeable. Drains were cleared in a matter of time and we were very happy!

Henry was on time and very professional. He listened to my problem, assessed the situation and went to work. My tub drain runs like a champ now. I could not be happier. I will definitely use them again.

Great plumber. Showed up on time, friendly plumber, did very good job. Did what they say they would do and did it right. Had a small misunderstanding on price with answering service, owner honored that price which took integrity. Would use them again, for sure.

I wanted Benjamin Plumbing to do what I bought the "Big Deal" for: inspect all the plumbing in the house and flush the water heater. I wanted some feedback and perhaps an estimate. The plumber inspecting the house claimed to need someone else to provide estimates, and as soon as the (sales)man arrived, a new water heater was on the way which, I was assured, was the best on the market. My regular plumbers (who will be the only plumbers I will use in the future) had mentioned $1,500 for a replacement, the one on the premises having lasted well into 13 years. The one B.F. installed cost me $2,628. That is, of course, my own dang fault (pardon the French); I should have stopped them cold. I did get all kinds of "discounts," but the total bill was very high. Beware of slick salesmen!

I was happy with what they did. They both seem to be working fine. The toilets were running and they fixed everything.

That was wonderful. They seemed a little prices to me in some ways, so I would check the prices before I would use them again. I would compare a couple of other plumbers.

It turned out okay. He just was not able to do what was advertised. He came out the next day after purchase. There would have been additional charges to do any of the work. It was hard, because he could not do much, because of the additional issues. He was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable and told me what I needed to have done. I would use them again.

We have a lot of problems with hard water and our shower drain was not working properly. The technician came in, cleaned the drain and we haven't had a problem since. He cleaned up nicely after himself and he even asked if there was anything else that he could do for us.

They did a good job. I am satisfied with it. They were prompt and very professional. He had to do a lot of stuff to clean up a big mess and he did it without complaining.

Did what I needed in a timely fashion.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal special offer for this service. They came out, did their assessment and were very helpful.

The provider was very efficient, reviewed all the concerns we had and gave us a quote to have a new hot water heater installed. Unfortunately it was more expensive than we could spend at this time and we made the purchase and installation ourselves. However, we would use this provider for future plumbing needs.

I am really sorry I wrote this review at all. I should have called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing first. This has got to be one of the most professional companies I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. After reading my review, Brad, the manager of Benjamin Franklin Plumbing called me to understand what went wrong and what he could do to make it right. While reading over his records it became apparent that the plumber who came to my home had just come from a very stressful call prior to mine. This certainly made sense to me, he was visibly shaken as I would have been under the same circumstances. He offered to send the same plumber over to replace the rubber hoses on my washer with steel hoses at no charge so I could meet the real man. I was not disappointed. Once again punctual and polite, he replaced the hoses quickly, neatly and made sure they didn't leak. He went over his findings and explained everything to my satisfaction. He was very professional, he answered questions I had from his first service call before I even ask them. He definitely made a very different, very positive impression on me. I will continue to use Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. I am getting an estimate on a new water heater tomorrow and will have it installed when I am ready for it. This company goes out of their way to do things right. They have a very strong work ethic and I feel that a company that works together as a team and cares about each other as family to provide the best service around is definitely a company I want working for me. They callled to schedule appointment and were very prompt in setting it. They arrived on time. They gave me a recommendation for an appropriate sized water heater for the size of my house. Apparently the builder put in a standard that cannot fill my bath tub and one upstairs simultaneously with hot water -a complaint of mine. They were professional and laid out a few options, but were not pushy. We have not installed a new water heater yet, but I will call them for an estimate once I'm ready

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing removed the old water heater and put in a new one and they flushed the old one and cleaned the rust in it. We used them because they were giving a discount if you are on Angie's List. I knew that getting a hybrid would be more expensive because you would get your money back over time in the energy savings although I have to wait 10 years,and he came to do the flush because we were having some problems with the water heater, he diagnosed the problem right away, he showed us the rust and he was able to get a water heater that afternoon. He called the warehouse and said he wanted a new water heater and it was done quick.

They were punctual and very friendly. I thought the price was a little bit high.

I decided to use Ben Franklin Plumbing because of a service call coupon included in a Angie's List magazine edition-- a value of $49. Tyler arrived on time. He thoroughly explained what needed to be done and what the costs would be with the Ben Franklin Society membership and what the costs would be without the membership. I really don't like being locked into a membership, but since the fees were less with the membership, I joined. The work was completed satisfactorily and the areas were left clean. I thought Tyler was professional and represented Benjamin Franklin well. I will use this company again.
