Solidly impacted drain line about 60' from the kitchen sink at my house. Took Daniel over 3 hours, but he kept up his great attitude throughout and the charge was the same as if it had taken 30 minutes. I've never had plumbers that I could brag about before, and I'm a builder and commercial property investor. But I can brag now. Highly-recommended!

Great communication. I got an email prior to arrival and a phone call. Without Angie's List coupon services are a little expensive for a pretty simple job.

I never ended up using the deal. I had some unexpected issues come up that needed resolved. I have read that they are a great company.

It was very good, spent 4 hours on a job I thought would take an hour. Didn't want to charge me extra. They were excellent.

I called them, but they told me that they do not service my area. They are only about 20 minutes away from us, and they do service other areas that are farther away from them than we are, but they told me that they would not come out for services at my house.

They did a great job with the customer service. We found out that we had a lot of plumbing issues and they took care of those for us, but they were pricey. They were super professional and super on top of things. Everything was a really good and this was a good experience.

Needed to get gas lines installed for new stove, dryer, and water heater. They ran all the new gas lines, upgraded the pipes and got the permits for gas meter replacement. They also replaced my 80gal electric water heater with a tankless system. This took about 2 days, but each day they restored all services so that we were not without. Great job.

The service was performed exactly as described in the coupon special. I was pleased with Benjamin Franklin and they have provided additional plumbing services since that time.

The big deal went great. They were on time they were prompt and they were courteous. After they were finished with the big deal I did ask them to check for a leak which they ended up charging me over 700.00 for. The third day after they left the job they called me and said they would refund me 200.00 of that charge. They still were much more expensive than many other companies I checked out afterward. If you have a major problem you don't want this company working on it.

The service man was awesome. Not only was he prompt but resolved the problem quickly. Maybe best of all he treated me like a grown-up not a "tall child" as happens with some providers. Priscilla

On July 2, we noticed that we had no hot water. I called Benjamin Franklin, based on Angie's List reviews, and they were able to send somebody out first thing the next morning. The old water heater could not be repaired, and it was 11 years old anyway so probably due to be replaced. They presented 3 options for replacing it, including projected energy costs and savings over the life of each option. I chose a hybrid model with a decent warranty and the possibility of lasting longer than a typical water heater. It was far more expensive than I expected, but the energy savings and longer life helped justify the cost, and I have learned the hard way about buying cheap water heaters that just don't last. They got the new unit delivered and installed that day. It took the technician until about 8pm that night to finish up. I was relieved that we could get this taken care of before the long July 4 weekend. Everybody I dealt with was very polite and helpful.

I was having persistent problems with toilets not flushing. These were cheap, builders units and were approx. 12 yrs. old. After being given options of just snaking the pipes to replacement, I chose to replace all 2 toilets with top of the line TOTO ADA toilets. Richard was SO knowledgeable, and this guy carries his own cleaning supplies !! One can only guess what 12 yr. old toilets "harbored" underneath, but he had the floors spic-and-span before putting the news ones in. I was able to get all 3 done in the same day, and what a relief to not have to have a plunger handy at all times! I will definitely ask for Richard if I have another problem (but planning on toilet problems being solved!).

The service technician that did my repair was extremely professional, careful and clean. The repair was done within 30 minutes since it was a minor valve replacement and the technician had the part in his truck. The main issue was that they use a menu of prices with various levels of service. Even though the repair I needed was minor, the service technician had to charge me the minimum plumbing service call fee which was $300.00. I complained to the manager and they did issue me an in-store credit and a refund to make up the difference for the true cost of the service. Truly professional company that tries to keep their customers happy.

Gary was fantastic. Was the best service I have ever had, and I have used other plumbers. I won't use another plumber other than Benjamin Franklin. He was punctual, pleasant and professional. The service was great.

They replaced a valve that was leaking for almost $400. Tried to upsell us a new toilet which we didn't need.

A bit pricey, but I am very happy with the new Pex water lines and they have a 20 year guarantee. The Plumbers were very professional and helpful with attention to the small details too. When it was time for me to pay up, there was a short pricing dispute that the Manager quickly settled in my favor. Will definitely use again.

We bought an older home that had a newer addition built 15 years ago. We needed to move into the new addition while the older part of the home was remodeled. Our remodel was in the demolition phase and we needed help blocking off water to the remodel while preserving water to the addition for us to live in. Jan was very helpful in getting our service call arranged the same day I called. Daniel came out earlier than scheduled but called to let us know. He was thorough and had great advice for the least expensive and most effective option. He completed the work quickly made sure things were working well. He even called out an estimator, Eric, to give us a price quote on some larger work that needed done with our renovation. Eric had more helpful ideas for our renovation. We had not considered using Ben Franklin for the renovation part of our property, as are hiring a general contractor, but we certainly will now and may insist our GC works with BFP.

They installed a new water heater. Everything went fine and it was a weekend.

I called Benjamin Franklin for the first time because they scored an 'A' on Angie's list. I called early in the morning I was told that the computers were down but they would take my information and enter it as soon as it was back up. Four hours later I called to ask the status of my scheduling and was told that the computers were back up but I had to repeat everything again. Both agents told me they did not think getting to me would be an issue. Now 3.5 hours later I find out that there was never an appointment scheduled for me. I then placed a call with good ole Roto Rooter and they said they will be here in 2 hrs. Very disappointed in Benjamin Franklin...not exactly the Punctual Plumber....

Arrived on time and the quality of work was excellent by Richard , but way overpriced in the 2 jobs I have had them do(had to use them this time)

I asked them if there were any issues if there any issues that we should be aware of in the coming year or years, and they provided us with a list in the timeline of what they saw right now, and this is what we could run into, in the near future. That was the only time that we used them, but we did request a quote from them for other things to be done, but we haven't done that yet. The gentleman was very professional, and he was very helpful in explaining a couple of the terms that I was not familiar with, somethings I was familiar with, and was able to ask questions about, but there were other things that I was ignorant of in this region and he was able to help me with that. He was very professional, wasn't any trouble with asking questions or anything of that nature.

Tyler was punctual, polite and professional. Very pleased with their service and response and will recommend to friends.

I don't have time to go into detail. But they recommended that we replace the hot water heater and purchase another one. We are considering what to do.

Called them out to repair the toilet. I was told the plumber could come between 12:30-2:30. They then called and said he was available earlier if it was convenient. When the plumber got here, he showed me the areas of concern and priced out repairing vs. replacing the toilet. We went with the replacement. The plumber, Jeff, was very polite and personable. This was a very positive experience, from the woman who answered the phone when I first called to having a brand new toilet ?...we are very pleased and would absolutely use them again.
