The issue wasn't fixed the first time but they came back and made it right.. great people to deal with.

Actually called about two leaks but since the faucet had no evidence of one while he was there, he proposed to just repair leaky drain which he did see and call later if the faucet over the kitchen sink starts leaking again. Carefully inspected both places and gave me the cost of the drain replacement repair before I gave him the go ahead to start. By joining Ben Franklin Society, I saved $33 on my cost of repairs and can cancel my membership at any time or continue to pay low monthly fee and receive annual free tune-up inspection of my water heater, 15% discount on service and repairs, and a 'jump to the top of the list' service when emergencies arise.

From the time I called to schedule the appoint to paying for the services I was extremely pleased. Jan was the Customer Services Rep and Gary was the technician. Both were pleasant to work with and the service beat my expectations. Once Gary arrived he realized his truck was stocked with the incorrect part to make the repair. Instead of rescheduling the repair, he drove to a local supplier to purchase the part. I will be using Benjamin Franklin Plumbing in the future.

I have always had bad luck with plumbers This is the first time I have felt I was dealing with an honest person who respected me as a competent older woman who was capable of learning and understanding what he did.

This company is very easy to deal with. Communication was clear and I knew who was being sent out and when to expect them. Plumber sent out was very friendly and professional.The work appears to have been done right the first time and he cleaned up when finished. I was given three quotes on a new disposal, but never felt pressured by any of the services offered. I would use them again in the future.

I originally had an appointment with Hiller plumbing the day prior. The man came out from Hiller & said he had a doctors appointment and he wasn't going to be able to perform the work. He said I could speak to his supervisor, and got him on the pone. The supervisor asked me which of the 3 items was most important and he would try to get someone else to come out to do it. We were in the middle of a remodel so they had we wait on the tile work until this was done. I called Benjamin Franklin & they got me in the following morning at 8am. The plumber showed up on time and he was very professional. He looked at everything, gave me the price and went straight to work. He had a great personality, worked well next to my contractor and he was very comfortable with my dogs. I have 3 large dogs . I work was immaculate, and he completely cleaned up when he was finished. I would recommend them to anyone.

He arrived on time and was very professional. He got the job done very well. He arrived at 11:00 AM and had to stay until 9:00 PM that evening to make sure everything was working correctly! He cleaned up very nicely and left everything ship-shape. The plumber was very friendly and cordial. I am enamored with them over this! I can't recommend them highly enough!

The gentleman that came to my house for the service called ahead, was punctual based on the estimated arrival time, and fixed a leaking toilet quickly as part of the service. I will definitely use them again.

After meeting with them to determine the services required and pricing, they returned the next day and completed the entire job. All of their team members were genuinely interested in doing the job the right way, without cutting any corners. Additionally, they all were very pleasant and I felt completely comfortable leaving them with access to my house when I went to work. I used Ben Franklin Plumbing for the second time yesterday - 11/1/14. Great experience both times. The first was an outside gas line that I needed extended to relocate my gas grill. The second was a water heater problem. Both times ? they answered the phone promptly, scheduled a time based on what I needed, called to confirm, called when they were on the way. And the plumbers were great. They showed me the problem and what they were doing, they explained everything and the cost, and most importantly did a great job. Outstanding!

I bought a new, bigger garbage disposal but after looking at the installation from the previous disposal, I knew I would have trouble with the installation. So I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. I got an appointment for the following Saturday between 8:00 and 10:00. At 8:00, I received a call that the service tech, Gary, was on his way. A few minutes later, Gary arrived and after looking over everything, he told me the price to complete the job. I accepted the offer and before long the job was complete. He tested for proper operation and leaks (everything was fine), cleaned up, gathered the old parts and trash, and, after confirming my satisfaction, was on his way. Gary and the CSR, Rita, were both professional and very nice. I won't hesitate at all to use Benjamin Franklin Plumbing again the next time I have a plumbing need.

First off, Ryan the plumber was completely reliable and professional. He was very honest about their service and how it works, and made me and my husband feel at ease. This company even sends you a bio with a photo of the worker coming to your home before the appointment, which I appreciated.

I would like a refund for the plumbing big deal that I purchased for Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for $66. I purchased it to have a clogged drain cleared and they came out to repair the problem, but wouldn't let me use the deal. They told me it didn't qualify. It ended up costing me $800. They did a good job but I was disappointed that they wouldn't even give me the 5% off for being an Angie's List member because the work was done on a Sunday afternoon.

They were very good, I had two other companies come out and told me it couldn't be fixed. But when franklin came out and told me that we needed a new toilet and it fixed the problem.

Service was prompt and very professional. He left the bathroom in the same condition he found it. Very professional and timely.

The problem was water in front and behind my washing machine when I washed a load of clothes. I contacted Benjamin Franklin Plumbing Co., and they sent a repairman to my house the same day. I received a phone call 30 minutes before the repairman arrived. When he arrived, he informed me that he would try to discover the problem and then give me a price quote before proceeding with the repair. He discovered that the problem was a stopped up hose from my washing machine. He cleaned out the hose efficiently and professionally. I will use this company again when I have plumbing problems. I was also able to use a $50.00 coupon when I paid for the work.

My experience with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was great. Their service technician, Daniel, arrived on time and worked to understand the nature of the problem. After consulting with his supervisor (which was necessary as this case was an unusual one), he proposed a solution. After re-routing a pipe, the problem was solved. But that's not the coolest part. While he was waiting for his supervisor to arrive, he spotted a small leak in another area. Had I not known, this leak would have continued until a much bigger problem was caused. I was expecting a much larger bill and was pleasantly surprised at the cost of the service. In summary, Daniel at Benjamin Franklin Plumbing fixed a complicated problem and saved me from having another major problem later on. I can't think of how this could have gone any better!

I had a great experience with Benjamin Franklin from the first phone call. Tammy was very polite and thorough when booking my appointment. Caleb arrived on time and efficiently completed the work. He was courteous, knowledgeable, honest, and detail oriented. From the moment Caleb arrived it was clear his main priority was to make sure I was happy with the work being performed. In the future, Benjamin Franklin Plumbing will be my first phone call for all plumbing needs and I'll request Caleb every time.

Truly a great company to work with. They were able to come out to my house within 2 hours of calling, and the service technician was thorough and professional. Definitely a company I'll work with in the future.

The plumber Daniel Stark was great to work with and provided excellent repair. He was informative and took the time to explain what needed to be done. Even though it was a Friday evening, he did not rush his work, but continued to check and recheck to make sure everything was working properly. I would recommend this company for both small and large plumbing issues.

Justin was so professional, knowledgeable, and took his time to answer all my questions. He even found and tightened a loose faucet without being asked. He wasn't able to help me with one issue, but referred me to some else, who then called me back quickly and scheduled for the next day. It was slightly more expensive than I have paid in the past, but the other plumbers I used weren't as good.
