Very unprofessional. I contacted this company to mow my lawn and was given a day they said they were going to show up.The day came and no one showed up.No call,No rescheduling NOTHING. My grass was very high at this point so I had to get someone else to do it.Out of nowhere a week and a half later they show up unannounced and start mowing my lawn! The grass was clearly already very short and did not need it! That did not stop this company from mowing my grass. They are now trying to charge me for something that they dropped the ball on and I did not approve. I've been receiving harassing text messages and now I have to file a report with thw Better Business Bureau because of their incompetence. Ridiculous and unprofessional.

"its funny because I have spoke to the better business bureau and we are not with them so there is nothing they can do and also we have spoke to the Office of Tennessee Attorney General Division of Consumer Affairs and there nothing they can do or say so there for you have to pay the bill that you was issues and we can remove the lean on the house"
