I'd definitely hire them again. Two of their men came during the hour time frame given me for arrival, called when on the way, and were here about 3 hours for 3 large rooms + stairway. They were careful with their equipment, thorough, and congenial. What more could I have asked for?

Doug Nelson and Nelson Carpet Cleaning were absolutely fabulous! I will never consider another carpet cleaning company. Doug was so conscientious and professional throughout the process. He arrived right on time to give me an estimate of the work to be done, and even sent me a text alert ahead of time to indicate that he was on his way. When he arrived, he and his associate put on shoe covers, so no dirt would be tracked into the house. He used an electronic measuring tape to quickly calculate the square footage and the fee estimate. Since the house was empty, he gave an extra discount for that, in addition to an Angie's List discount. His price was extremely reasonable, especially considering that he personally handled the carpet stretching. He provided me a quick quote on the spot and followed it up with an emailed written estimate about an hour later. The price even included any taxes. On the morning of the cleaning, he sent another text to indicate that he was on his way. He and his associate quickly got to work and got the very old carpet cleaner than we ever imagined. By using a high-horsepower motor in his service truck, rather than an electric system, he was able to pull a lot of dirt out of the carpet. It was about a six-hour job and they were efficient and attentive to detail. After Doug was done, he emailed the invoice the same day and there were no surprises...the invoice was exactly the same price as his estimate. Professional. Prompt. Friendly. Respectful. Courteous. Hard-working. Fair. First-Rate. - I could go on and on! You won't be disappointed if you use Nelson Carpet Cleaning!

Doug did an amazing job and was very professional to work with. He got the tile and carpet very clean. The stretching also looks awesome. The floors look better than we ever thought was possible. It was a big area that needed a lot of work and the price was very fair.

Doug did excellent work! What impresses us most is every facet of our interaction with him was top notch. He returned our initial call within minutes. He offered to come out immediately to give us an estimate. His estimate was a very fair price especially considering the level of deep cleaning we needed. We scheduled an appointment for the work and he showed up exactly on time and performed great work. Our carpet looks so great!! He took years of dirt and grime off of our heavily trafficked floors! Outstanding in every way - responsive, professional, punctual, reasonably priced, and quality work. I realize that carpet cleaning is routine, but this was carpet in a property that I want to sell. I opted for cleaning before replacing just to see if the results would be marginally OK. Nelson got all the stains and odors out and the carpet looks great. It has been a long time since I have experienced this level of service!

I called Doug after reading the reviews on Angie's List and as it turns out, Doug is the best. He was on time for both the estimate and the job. I like the fact that I got a text automatically when he was on his way. I didn't expect that , but really appreciated it. He did 4 rooms, a hall, stairs, and an area rug for us. The results were much better than I had hoped especially for one of the rooms that was badly stained from traffic. I definitely plan to use him again for touch ups. He seemed to know a lot about stains and how best to remove them.

Let me just tell you I have never been more satisfied in all my years of hiring carpet cleaners. Doug is extremely knowledgable and professional in all the aspects of getting your floors to their just like new condition! He is very detail oriented and I have never had more care and attention to my home than with Doug Nelson. Not to mention he uses all natural enzymes that don't leave lingering chemical scents and truly get your carpets completely clean and fresh. My whole family uses him and we will never go back to those big name companies again!

I was very impressed as he informed me about exactly what kind of carpet I had and was even able to guess about how old it was as we have just moved in to a new house and weren't sure of its age. His pricing is very fair and upfront as there are no hidden fees and his cost breakdown is by sq ft. He charges .32 cents a sq ft for empty rooms and .38 cents a sq ft if you need him to move furniture. He charges $3.00 per stair which for my house came out to $39.00 for the stairs. He also uses all natural but extremely effective cleaners that do not leave your house smelling of chemicals but of cleanliness. there were also some spots that he was able to get off by using an iron and transferring the stain to a rag at no extra charge! I couldn't be happier and highly recommend him above anyone else!!'

It went very well. Doug came with his equipment and did an outstanding job. The large stain, and all the smaller stains are gone. The carpet is a lot whiter. This is the cleanest I have ever seen it. I received a good price. This is a very high quality and honest service provide. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

Doug was wonderful and has an excellent carpet cleaning service. He measures the entire area to be cleaned and gives you the price before he starts. That is after he gives you an initial phone quote. The price includes cleaning and deodorizing, raking the carpet after cleaning and sales tax. In other words, you know exactly what it will cost. He worked long and hard and the house looks great, I found him on Angies List and booked him because he had a 97% A rating from 90 reviews. You can't beat that! I recommend him to all Angies List members as well as my own family and friends! You will be happy you had him clean your carpets too!!!

Arrived about 30 min. after initial appointment time, but had called several times to keep me informed on their situation. Very pleasant to work with. Gave detailed price based on measured size of each room and exposed carpet--no surprises. Love seats look fresher now, any spots were removed from carpet. Felt they were more professional than most carpet cleaners I've used. I will definitely use them again.
