Technician was courteous, on time and gave me an estimate before he started cleaning. I had a couple of pet stains and now I can’t see that they were ever there—the carpet looks great!!! I highly recommend Nelson Carpet Cleaning.

I recently had my carpets cleaned by Doug Nelson. Most impressive to me were his professionalism and attention to details. My initial conversation was by phone two weeks prior to the agreed upon date. At that time, he gave me a ballpark range based on the number of rooms and their estimated sizes. A couple of days before the appointment, he sent an email with his picture as a reminder, and called on the scheduled morning. Upon arrival, he explained the procedure he would use before starting the job which included measuring the square footage to be cleaned, the amount to be charged per square foot, the warranty process and the procedure for cleaning. I was delighted to have him start the process. Along with cleaning, he repaired a space in the hallway where the carpet had begun to fray. While the final cost fell within the initial quoted range, it was a little less than I had estimated. The Warranty--According to the owner, there is a 30 day warranty where the company will return if there is a spot that didn't come up during the cleaning. I was completely happy and satisfied with the job that was done. He did an outstanding job of reviving them. l I look forward to having him return for my next job.

We were very impressed with Nelson Carpet Cleaning. They did an excellent job and even came back the second time to go over a couple of heavily soiled areas. We definitely recommend their service to anyone in need of professional carpet cleaning. We have already confirmed with them that we will be calling again in about 6 months.

Mr Nelson owns and operates his business. He went above and beyond when cleaning our kitchen tile and grout and then sealing the grout. He carefully explained each step before performing the work. We are very pleased with the work he did.

The carpet is the orginal to the house so it is 20 yrs old..I have pets and a lot of people in and out and it looks like new carpet.The technician,Noah, did a fabulous job and I could not be happier.This is the 2nd time I have used them and the last was for cleaning chairs in my house.I highly recommend them,

This guy is great! Responded quickly, set up appointment, arrived promptly. He did an outstanding job on the carpets. Got out some stains we were sure would never come out. May be a bit more expensive than some of those "chain" carpet companies but he took extra time to do an extra special job--so worth it! Highly recommend!

Absolutely fabulous.They had been referred to me by a friend who raved about the work they had done cleaning their carpets.I needed 6 dining rooms chairs,Parson style chairs,so they have a lot of fabric and 2 living rooms chairs that are light colored so they show a lot of dirt.They came out on a saturday and measured the chairs and gave me an estimate right there and I was so shocked at the price I could not believe it..It came to around 114.00 for all 8 chairs but they have a minimum of 135.00 which to me is still a fantastic price. I had them done yesterday ans they look like new.I am absolutely thrilled and I am going to have them do my carpet and tile at a future date.Super service and I highly recommend them.

Richard cleaned the room and the stain and most of the odor came out. This urine had gone into the pad. Most of the odor was gone but a bit remained. Richard came back out and 'pad' cleaned the area and deodorized the entire room again. And all of this was under the 30 day warranty. Problem solved. Best cleaning, professionalism and customer service EVER!! You will not be disappointed! Worth every penny of the very reasonable cost.

They arrived in early morning and six hours later they were finished .meticulous detailed professional caring communicative. I’ve had a lot of carpets cleaned in a lot of homes throughout my lifetime but I can truly say that this was the best experience that I have ever had and I have lived in many states throughout the country if you are willing to pay the extra cost I highly recommend Nelson carpeting for your home you will not regret it if there was a rating of more than five stars I would give it. Doug Nelson was on time. He pretreated the rug and then steam cleaned it - looks great. He also cleaned our 9 year old chairs and ottoman-they look like new. He applied Scotchgard to all. Everything was dry by the next morning, even with 24 hours worth of rain. I will definitely hire him again

GREAT! I have used Nelson Carpet Cleaning for years and Doug is WONDERFUL! He is almost part of our family. He is always on time and does a fantastic job every time. We have several dogs and they make keeping the floors clean very hard to keep clean, especially the carpets. Doug works wonders when he comes. He is so honest that if I am not going to be home when he comes he I leave a key for him and never ever worry. Douglas Carpet Cleaning is THE VERY BEST!!
