Very curtious. Left the yard cleaner then it was before the tree was removed!!

Arrived on time for quote, called liked asked when he was able to put us on his schedule. Preformed the tree removal, cleaned up yard/driveway as requested. Crew was professional and friendly

True, consumate professionals. This NOT some rag tag fly by night operation. They come prepared, well-equipped, and make light work out what would take smaller, MORE EXPENSIVE operations days to complete. The crew was courteous and John clearly takes a lot of pride in his company.

Excellent service. John and his crew removed three trees, to include their stumps, and trimmed another tree for us. They were professional, courteous and very organized. They took half the time we expected and they were very careful about not disturbing the surrounding areas. Additionally, they offered advice to us on how to keep our remaining tree healthy and what to watch for. I can't compliment them enough on their professionalism and if possible to give more than 5 stars, we would.

John and his crew did a great job!

Working around the rain was the worst part about the wait but totally understand the reasoning. When the day finally came , they came in, did their job, got paid and left. My kids enjoyed watching them out the back window. The job was awesome and I spent the next week just looking and being amazed at how different and better my backyard looks!

Excellent work! They really know what they are doing. They showed up ready to work and left only when everything was cut down and cleaned up. It would be nice to have this level of service for all the jobs you need help with around your house.

They are absolutely the most PROFESSIONAL I have ever hired to do any work for me. From the owner John his brother and the other two young men impressed beyond any level you could imagine. You can not tell that I had three 50 to 75 foot trees removed today. With their equipment stayed on my drive appx 100' from my trees. Cleaned up everything that was on the ground from the trees. John worked along side his workers and each of them had smiles all day long. I can't say enough but if I could I would give them TEN STARS **********

John (owner/operator) came by soon after my request for an estimate of work. He asked several relevant questions and offered recommendations about the work that was to be done. John was very courteous and professional, and provided a written estimate during his visit. He stayed in touch with me as I decided which service provider I was going to go with. Once I notified him I wanted to use his services, he worked to get me in his schedule as quickly as possible. His crew showed up on time - even a bit early. They professionally performed the work we had agreed on. Scope of work included removal of a large maple tree, removal of a Holly tree growing next to the house, grinding out the two stumps, and removal of debris. They did a great job and will definitely use their services again.

These guys were professional and fast. Everyone on the team knew their duties. They even cleaned up all the little debris by raking and blowing the areas in the yard that needed their services. Would highly recommend them for any job.

The owner and workers were timely and went beyond to make sure things were clean and went out of their way to keep the property safe. I would not hesitate recommending this company to anyone. I will use Highland again personally and for jobs related to our own business. ð
