First time user with Home advisor, very pleased with result and with Highland. Submitted request on Sunday and had a response in an hour with meeting for bid that afternoon for very reasonable cost. Better yet, John offered possible completion of job later in day when crew finished current work in the area. Crew arrived around 5:00 with plenty of daylight left to complete removal of medium-sized 6 to 8 inch diameter branches overhanging the roof and to cut two medium-sized trees. Great guys worked quickly and asked for my thumbs up at each stage of work and were always going the extra distance to please. They hauled away the cuttings leaving the yard front and back clean. Couldn't be happier with Highland from the extra free work to cut a branch in the front offered by John during the bid process to the tireless effort going extra to please by the crew and all done in one day from request to work completed! Bravo to Home advisor and to Highland.

Gave a fair bid and did more than promised. .Cleared over 50 trees on a 5 ac. piece of property and cleaned and disposed of all the debris left behind. Very pleased with John and his crew.

I called highland tree service. They came by gave me an estimate and did the work that same day. I am very pleased with the work they did on the trees. They cleaned up after themselves. I was very impressed with the wonderful work they did.

They came in person to do an estimate on company letter head. Wrote the work up in stages to make it easier on my pocket. Came out quickly and where considerate of my neighbors property. They cleaned up and took away all debris. then signed my receipt paid in full when I went around the property to approve. Great experience.

John and his "crew" were very professional, honest and performed high quality work. He was prompt for his estimate and started and completed the job when he said he would. My work was done in the PC area that has been hard hit by Hurricane Michael and it was amazing to find such an excellent pro and have the job so quickly and well! I am so happy I found and hired this company! I highly recommend them.

John and his crew removed two large trees and stump grinded. I would highly recommend them. They were fast and did a great job cleaning up. Very professional.

John Sanders is one of the most authentic, honest, skillful, people I have ever dealt with and among the most professional. His very courteous team showed up on time to tackle 8 stumps and a root ball. He personally kept me posted at every turn and, when he encountered an unexpected problem with a rootbal that I thought might make anyone give up on th job, he methodically figured it out, did not stop until the job was complete. He was very concerned about cleaning up the job site and being sure I was satisfied before accepting payment. I highly recommend John Sanders and his team from Highland Trees. Iâ d use them again in a heartbeat.

Good work. Courteous people. Competitive bid, but estimator did not actually do the work. So, those who did the work continually reminded me of what a low bid we got for the work to be done. I probably would have asked them to clean up and smooth out the yard more than they did, but I was feeling a little guilty about how little I was paying for the entire job. Don t misunderstand, they really didn t leave a mess. I just would have liked a little smoother yard, especially where the huge tree fell into the yard. There were a couple of deep dents left in the yard.

They arrived 10 minutes early to get set up and notify me what's going on the whole time they're very professional and John was very knowledgeable on what he did on cutting my tree. They worked just about all day non-stop to get the job done and also cleaned up really well afterwards. I couldn't find any better people folks to do the job that they did because when I've got for other quotes from other tree services John and his crew was the best price and they did an outstanding job. John and his crew sowed up early and started right away. Wow what a crew within an hour the had stiped away all branches and than took down the tree. This is a very hard working crew, they are fast and professional. Thanks guys ooh yea the price is right.
