Tre Faulkner was an excellent communicator, listener and workman. I would recommend him to anyone needing any type of home repair, remodel or addition to their home.

Our master bath and bedroom remodel was an ambitious project for The Faulkner Group. Though the final product is a functional, unique, attractive master suite, as per our own design, the process was unduly arduous, running over budget and over the projected time frame, times two. Having remodeled before, we expected this, but feel our concerns were not properly addressed by the contractor, Tre Faulkner. Several of the costly setbacks incurred on this job could have been circumvented by more hands-on management. His workers were often frustrated during the project, having to correct things due to miscommunication. Tre should have stopped by the job site twice a week to put eyes on the project, assess the progress, and determine next steps. He then should have communicated those details with us. Overall, I would recommend The Faulkner Group for home repairs, but not for major renovations.

The Faulkner group did a great job remodeling our bathroom. Our house is over thirty years old and a few problems were encountered along the way but they were handled with skill and proficiency. The workers were all polite and cleaned up any mess daily.

Our project was to get our house ready for sale. Paint entire interior; replace fixtures; clean and paint outside; and a lot more. Tre Faulkner was extremely helpful, aiding us in identifying some tasks we'd have missed, catching issues that a home inspector would have required fixing, etc. He and his team (David and Kristi) were extremely thorough, and all of them went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled to our satisfaction. Tre also worked with me to make sure the project could be completed within my budget. When repeated weather delays prevented his team from doing the outside painting, he stayed in touch with us, and made sure to get back to us on the first possible good-weather-day to get the work completed. His customer service efforts were exemplary. I'm extremely happy that I chose the Faulkner Group for this project. If the eventual home inspection does turn up any further issues that need to be dealt with, I'll be sure to have the Faulkner Group take care of it for me.

Tre and his team helped to correct a mess made by another contractor in our new home. I like the fact that he was empathetic. He worked with us to bail us out of what was a very frustrating situation.

I hired The Faulkner Group to help get my home ready for sale. They painted my kitchen cabinets, installed a new counter top, installed a new dishwasher, and renovated my bathtub / shower. They showed up on time and did excellent work very quickly. I feel like I have a brand new home! I've shown several people the before and after pictures, and they are simply amazed, as am I. We discussed all the pricing up front, and I found Tre to be more than fair in his pricing. Tre and his guys ran into problems in the project due to old and corroded plumbing that cost them extra time and materials but did not charge me for the extra work. I would not hesitate to recommend him, and I plan to hire him for additional work when it gets closer to the time for me to sell.

Tre is a personable and professional guy who is very customer-service focused. He made time to repair some drywall (water leaks) and repaint them on our tight budget and even tighter time deadline. He did a fine job and I'd recommend him to anyone needing handyman services.

Trey and his team were great to work with. As soon as I submitted the project, Trey promptly called me and set up a time for the work to be done. They were able to understand my vision and suggest ways to make it happen. They went above and beyond just installing lights. I would definitely hire them again.
