Superior Shine

David, Karen and Michael did an excellent job on our home. We had let gutter cleaning go for a while but they cleaned and brightened them up. Karen did a great job on cleaning the window inside the house, including all sashes. Michael cleaned all of the windows on the outside and cleaned the brick. David did a great job on the driveway and walk. We had a couple of neighbors notice the work . We will definitely use again in the future.

As others have stated previously, David is extremely polite and very patient. He called whenever he was delayed to update his arrival time. He made good suggestions regarding the maintenance of our windows. The work was done, the way he said it would be done in the time that was promised. When an issue with some spotting on our patio deck appeared, David returned to resolve the issue in the time frame when he said it would be accomplished. We are pleased with the results.

David Tyndale the founder and owner of Superior Shine was very professional. I made an estimate through his website which gave detailed instructions for a accurate estimate . He called immediately and scheduled a time and answered any questions. He clarified the estimate which included the storm windows. He was very prompt on work day. He and Mike came and introduced themselves and requested a walk thru and wanted to know if there were any special instructions. They took care to wear booties in the house and were careful with the ladders inside the house. They cleaned windows that were fairly high due to cathedral ceilings and did a fantastic job. After the job was completed my wife asked them to clean a large mirror in the hallway which they gladly did and did not charge extra for it. David also took extra time to scrap some windows that had some spores attached and again there was no extra charge. David and Mike went the extra mile in making our home sparkle. No spots found on the windows! I would highly recommend Superior Shine in all areas.

Superior Shine made everything bright and shiny we could find for them to do, and then some. We found numerous seemingly little things they had done after they were gone. Indeed, they clean like we would if we were to do it ourselves -- isn't that what we all want in a cleaning company?

Excellent service ! First, they actually ANSWER the phone when you call. Came promptly and gave a detailed quote for the job. David was very professional, courteous and easy to communicate with. His wife, Karen did the interior work, while David and his helper Michael worked outside. Everyone put in extra effort and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. They arrived early and stayed late on the scheduled date, and completed the job in one day (and it was a big job.) The work was beautifully done and we would highly recommend this company.

Quick response to inquiries. Professional manner, established business with all appropriate insurance etc that a typical investor is looking for. All necessary documents professionally prepared and presented in very timely fashion. Work done when and as promised. I have not personally seen results but am told that it was a job well done. I highly recommend this company to everyone looking for a professional responsible vendor.

They have been very good. They did a great job. I have really high windows and they are able to reach all of my windows without having to get off the ground and the window stay cleaner longer because they cleaned the framing as well as glass.

They came when they said they would and finished when they said they would and did a beautiful job.

David and Karen arrived promptly and immediately went to work. They worked solidly as a team and diligently worked all day to complete washing my house with a no pressure washing technique, pressure washing a screened in deck and washing all of the windows inside and out. My house looks great! All of the dirt and spider webs are gone! It was dark when they were finishing up and David told me that if I saw anything that looked like it needed to be cleaned again to call him and he would come back and make it right and he did! Karen did a great job on the windows. She cleaned everything...windows, screens and tracks. I knew my windows were dirty but didn't realize how dirty until they were cleaned. I would and have recommended Superior Shine to others. They may not be the least expensive company out there but they are WELL WORTH anyone's time and consideration when shopping for a window/house cleaning company. A++

A three person crew showed up on time and promptly introduced themselves. Karen removed all the screens from the windows, cleaned them and left them in a tidy stack in the garage. Next, she quickly vacuumed, washed, and dried the inside windows, Also, as an added benefit, she cleaned my bathroom mirrors. She was really pleasant to be around. David and the other fellow, pressure washed the deck until it looked like new. Karen cleaned the outdoor ceiling fan. The green mold that was near impossible for us to remove from the siding is now gone on both the house and the shop. Without being asked, they also pressure washed the porch and sidewalk. Anytime anyone from the crew entered our home, they announced themselves and they also wore the slip on booties to protect my floors, which I appreciated. When they left, my home was clean and bright, but most of all, my home was mess free because they cleaned up before leaving. The whole crew was extremely nice and I would recommend them to any and everyone. You can tell by their manners that they are truly honest hard working people. My husband and I value the work that they did for us and plan to use them again and again.

We moved into our home last year and I had Superior Shine come out and give us the works! My husband only wanted to have the windows cleaned. Needless to say they had our home looking like it was brand new and my husband was very impressed. This year he is the one who said we needed to have Superior Shine come back out and clean everything again! I was happy to email David and set up an appointment. So this is our 2nd time having Superior Shine clean our house, gutters, deck, and windows. They are professional, thorough, and very pleasant. We are so pleased with the work that they do and will definitely have them back again in the spring to do our windows and driveway!

As I drove home and turned into my driveway I immediately saw my windows sparkling from top to bottom. I complained often about the darkness in our home due to the many shade trees outside. Well, I will complain no longer. Light now sparkles in from skylights, massive high windows, and every Anderson window throughout the house. I love it!!! Superior Shine is so professional and nice to work with. They afforded us an idea for keeping our gutters clean from debris, and we are planning on having them install the system. My husband and I plan on having Superior Shine return to clean our windows every six months. Excellent professionals! Excellent Job!!

They are very nice people and their price was fair, but I really wasn't pleased with their work. They didn't do a very good job; the windows were still streaky after they were done. I think that maybe a lot of it had to do with the fact that it was raining that day but that was no excuse. I probably would use them again but I would have a serious talk and look at the results after they were finished. I would be a little more observant. I would recommend checking out their work before signing off on anything.

Pleased is an understatement. Our experience with Superior Shine has been excellent from the first phone call to getting the last window washed! For details please see above. After 5 yrs of asking husband & son to clean all our house windows inside & out, to no avail, I contacted David on a Fri., (related my story) & he promised to call on Mon. to set a date for the estimate appointment. Promptly at 9a.m. Mon, David phoned & husband answered! Husband immediately got out window washing equipment & started the job! I called David right back & explained the train of events. He was VERY GRACIOUS, LAUGHED with me & said to call him if ever I need such services again. I will SURELY recommend DAVID TYNDALE to any & all friends in the future.

David first came and inspected the windows and informed us of their services. He gave a thorough estimate with the breakdown so that we could "pick and choose" what we wanted. He worked with us and our budget to provide an unbelievable experience. We have an older home with many, multi paned windows. I cannot believe the difference after they cleaned them! David concentrated on the outside and his wife on the inside. They were professional, friendly, informative and very hard working. They even washed off the dirt on the front porch after they cleaned the windows on the porch. I would have never believed the difference if I hadn't seen I hadn't seen it for myself! Great job!

Superior Shine arrived at the time that they had indicated they would. In addition to cleaning our windows both inside and out, they removed the window screens that we no longer needed. They were very thorough and meticulous in their work and not only left our windows spotless but also inside the house where they had worked. I will definitely recommend them to friends and use them again in the future.

David Tyndale is the owner. I would definitely recommend him. He's very polite, very efficient and very knowledgeable. He's very considerate and respectful of other people's property when he is in there. He's very reliable. His price is excellent. His quality is an A+.
