Description of Work: Installed my dishwasher I had purchased. Used bad language, yelled at my dogs, was very rude & talked down to the guy he was suppose to be training, treated him like lower class person HOWEVER He was the one acting lower class. Do not want this guy in my house again. Thankful they were done before my niece got home from school!

+ -1 moreLandlord contacted Riverside Plumbing about two toilets which ran continuously after each flush in a newly rented apartment. They arranged for service the following day and actually arrived ahead of the two hour window (11 - 1) agreed to the previous day. They took one look at each toilet and simply replaced the fill valve on each, taking approximately ten minutes to do so and explaining exactly what they were doing and why. Service was expedient and professional. Cost was quite reasonable. Will definitely do business with again.

+ -1 moreRiverside Plumbing replaced a leaking water pressure regulator and configured the pipes so that the new regulator could be easily replaced if necessary in the future. They repaired/replaced a very "unprofessional" installation that I had. They called and confirmed my appointment and were on time. They went to work immediately and were courteous, informative, and obviously knew their trade. I know that a pressure regulator isn't a huge job, but I was impressed by the way they handled themselves and their overall attitude. I recommend them and will definitely call them if I need plumbing repairs in the future.

We had him scheduled yesterday between 4:00 and 6:00 and then he called me at 9:30 in the morning and then he said that his first client for the day had canceled and he asked if I would be willing for him to come at that time. And I said, "Absolutely. The earlier, the better." So, that was good.

Very knowledgeable and honest- saw a problem that we fixed that day instead of leaving it or not telling us and having to come back later to charge more.

+ 0 moreDerrick demonstrated a clear understanding of the issue simply from the conversation I had with him on the phone. When he arrived he had a cheery, profession attitude, even at the prospect of opening up the cleanout plugs on my clogged pipes and getting splattered with the waste water. He found some evidence infiltration of tree roots into the pipe and explained the options, that if the drain clogged infrequently that it would be much less costly to simply have it cleaned out as necessary than to dig up and fix the tree root issue.
Description of Work: Had a complete clog of my main drain line going out of the house. Called in to Riverside Plumbing at 8:30AM and Derrick was able to fit me in between 12-2PM. He showed up at ~1PM and went straight to work. An hour and a half later my drains were cleared out and ready to go.

He fixed my issue quickly and cleaned up any mess he had made. He was courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend him and use him again.

Description of Work: I had been having some issues with the toilet water control valves in both of my bathrooms. I had researched plumbers for a couple of weeks, realizing that I would eventually have to have work done. On a Sunday afternoon, a piece on one of the valves broke. I was not able to turn the water off in the house, so had to call someone in to make the repairs to stop the water flow. I called Riverside Plumbing and the owner, Derrick Mattson, was at my house within the hour. He took care of servicing the toillets in both of my bathrooms. He also checked my water pressure under the house and found that the water pressure regulator was not working. He came out on the following Tuesday to replace the valve. He also checked for leaks in the plumbing under the house at that time. I felt that his charges were very resonable, considering that he had to come out on a Sunday. .

+ -1 moreI got home from work to find that my drains in my bathroom were not draining. I had used Riverside Plumbing before for a small leak that I had at a faucet so I gave them a call. The owner was finishing his last call and rushed over. He determined that I had a main drain clog. Instead of making a mess in my house, he went outside and quickly dug up the drain and worked from outside. He suggested that I have a “cleanout” installed so it could be accessed easily in the future. I agreed and had him return the next day to install it. The price was reasonable and the customer service was great.
