Everything went great, from start to finish! We called on a Wednesday and Leo and Christian were out that same Friday! They were punctual, professional and quick. They got everything out of our old home and into our new home quickly and with no damage. We would definitely hire them in the future and recommend them to our friends.

Crew Cordaro, Darrell, Santino, and Mike Jr. They were very hard working and professional. No damage to sold home or bought home as the realtor for buyer was concerned with. They were given and tight deadline at the last minute and exceeded expectations. The guys were very friendly and it was a pleasure to work with them. Should we ever be crazy enough to move again, we will definitely request the same crew.

From start to finish things couldn't have gone better! Preplanning over the phone with the office was very easy and pleasant. The movers arrived precisely own time. Due to the need for multiple drop-off stops, there needed to be a deliberate truck loading sequence. I explained the plan once and movers Darrell, Mike Jr., and Santino executed the flawlessly. They took great care to protect all furniture items before loading. The speed that these guys work is something to behold. Every single piece of furniture and all other items arrived to the proper destination without a scratch and was put in place where each needed to be. I was quoted $710 for the entire job which I though was competitive and very fair. As it turned out, these hard working speedy "good guys" finished a couple hours ahead of schedule and the final total came in at $512. Darrell, Mike Jr., and Santino were consistently polite and professional. I couldn't be happier with the services of Good Guys Moving & Delivery and wouldn't hesitate for a second to use them again.

Chose this company because of price & ratings. We were pleased with their courteous manner & somewhat pleased with their efficiency & knowledge of job. Things we were not pleased with: we received no pre packing instructions including brochures on our rights as required by Federal law; moving truck was not of sufficient size to hold goods from a 4 bedroom, 2200 sq ft home resulting in unexpected extra cost & stress for rental of tow trailer on our part; per employee the truck used to transport our goods from storage to destination was even smaller resulting in rubs and scratches on most all of furniture from being overloaded; box containing kitchen items had several loose kitchen knives unsecured and upright in box; box containing pictures with glass inserts not wrapped individually resulting in broken glass. Might would consider using again for local door to door move but certainly not a state to state move.

The crew arrived on time, packed or wrapped all of our items professionally, and placed boxes and furniture in the new residence. Not a single item was damaged or broken.

There were 3 guys that came. They charged $95 an hour. They asked great questions. They were on time. They were very careful with everything and asked questions if they were unsure. They provided all their supplies, and did an absolutely amazing job.

Very unprofessional company. Movers arrived 2 hours late, they actually were given the wrong address to go to. The original estimate was to move 1/2 of the house now, and 1/2 later. They were only able to take 1/3 of the house due to poor packing, boxes only half full. Lots of things were left at the house. The agreement was to move the items in one day. The owner never intended that, as he gave his men hotel money (they told me this when they arrived.) The price paid for what was moved was high, because the owner had greatly under estimated and because he charged us the full insurance amount on the entire house contents instead of only what was moved. When they delivered the next day, a wall was damaged. No concern or care from the owner, no telephone call back to apologize. His response was only a text that said and quot;send me a bill.and quot; I never heard from the owner again. I see from the prior review that my experience was almost the same as theirs.

untrywood They showed up on time, However the original estimate of 5-6 hours turned into an 12 hour move costing twice what I originally quoted. Also I found out after they had left that they had forgotten a grill which they had been told to move and for some reason they decided not to move the mattress to our waterbed and instead had just left it in the middle of the bedroom floor. We found this out when the person we had hired to clean the apartment asked us what they were suppose to do with them. My biggest problem was the estimate being so far off. I can see being off a few hours but being off by 100% is not acceptable. The did take good care of what they did move, so if you don't mind paying double what they quote they are go ahead and call them.

Andrew's crew appeared at the appointed time. They moved everything we needed moved and did so with cheerful attitudes. This is our second occasion to use this company and have plans to use them again in about 10 days.

They picked it up from the store and put in in my house. There were only two guys, they were well dressed and very professional, I couldn't of asked for anyone better.

Andrew and co. moved me about 200 miles within Tennessee, and the experience was great. Andrew showed up right on time for the initial estimate, and he beat the other local companies I contacted by nearly $1000. He was also the only mover who provided me with helpful documents (such as his certificate of insurance and moving guides) in addition to a written and guaranteed bid. His team showed up on time and were uniformly professional and courteous. They did a great job in difficult conditions (pouring rain during the packing day, which flooded the garage of my house), and they were very careful with my furniture and belongings. Unloading was completed yesterday, and aside from a few minor scuffs here and there, everything came through just fine. I'm very pleased to recommend Good Guys to anyone considering a move in the Chattanooga area.

)Everything was terrific. They arrived on time, loaded the truck efficiently (ground level storage) and delivered to our new address (2nd floor apartment). They were very considerate, and put packing quilts down on carpet to walk on so it would not get dirty.

Get an estimate Owner stuck with estimate and did not charge time until they arrived at our house. Did not pay for their driving to and from our house. They were careful with walls in house Careful with furniture for most part. We did request that they take couch apart and didn't and part of arm fabric separated from couch frame. Not enough damage to report because insurance has $1000 deductible. There were other insurance options available. Overall very nice and courteous men. Did not waste time, worked very hard to make time minimal. Would use again.

Our first meeting was to go over the house and explain exactly what we wanted done. They were punctual, professional, and very polite and respectful. Next came packing the contents of the dining and living room furniture, Moving day, they again were punctual and polite and again checking make sure they were getting the right things on the truck.
