Bulwark Exterminating-Chattanooga

Bulwark's fell behind on their exterminating treatments but kept auto charging my account. I initially agreed to bi-monthly treatments, after three months - coming to the fourth month with no treatments I called them and said they're almost four months behind on my treatment; they eventually came out for a treatment, which seemed very rushed. I asked them to adjust my account because they were behind on treatments but kept charging my account, they never adjusted my account so I stopped my auto pay. They then send me to collections!! I shouldn't owe them anything, THEY OWE ME. About two months ago I called them to try working this out. Over the next month I spoke to 4-5 different people (and no less than 15-17 phone calls), each time having to explain the same thing over and over and they refused to cancel the collections but admitted that they fell behind on their treatments. I asked to speak to the owner, the girl said "I don't know the owner and I don't know how to get ahold of him". I asked, you don't know the owner and have no way of contracting him? She said "Correct". Ok.? Finally I said, come out and give me a treatment at no cost and I'll start quarterly treatments, just send me a contract that spells this out. They said they would do this. Great. Another 10-12 calls from different people, each time I asked for the contract- no contract was ever sent and I'm continuing to receive collections notice all because Bulwark's fell behind on their treatment agreement. Again, they admitted to falling behind on treatments while continuing to charge my account; they said they'd give a treatment at no cost and start quarterly treatments BUT DIDNT SEND ME A CONTRACT.

Keith provided initial pest control service for our home. He was cordial, thorough, and a good communicator. Bulwark provides excellent service at competitive pricing and NO CONTRACT. They do business the traditional way...they earn their customers business without a bunch of legalese or deceptive jargon. That makes Bulwark Exterminating a top tier service provider.

Colton Eldred was so helpful. He was so kind and courteous. He treated my home as if it was his own. He went above an beyond to treat my home and explain to me the process and helpful tips to keep the bugs away. He was very friendly with my dog. I would recommend him for any pest control needs. Bulwark has been great so far. Came out fast for initial appt and subsequent touch ups. Techs Colton and Cathy (in separate occasions) were professional, friendly and passed my dogs’ “smell test.” Happy to work with them.

Very well learned what can be done to prevent future pest (big/little sized). Was very impressed with the interest/information shown and the kindness displayed.

We have been using Bulwark Exterminating for the past year or so, with visits every few months. I highly recommend them! They are professional, knowledgeable, punctual (will send you a text 30 min out-I love that!), and will come out for in-between visits (free) if needed. Today Colton Eldred came out and did a great job! He really cares about what he does and desires to eliminate the problem. He was down on his hands and knees and moving things around to find where the ants where coming from. Thank you, Colton!

We switched to Bulwark from a larger, more expensive brand several months ago. Bulwark has exceeded all expectations, and do a better job than the more expensive place we had used for years previously. This morning Colton came out to spray, and he covered the entire exterior without me having to request that he cover both decks. With the previous company, I had to specifically request that they go up on each deck and spray by all the doors. I highly recommend Bulwark, you will not be disappointed!

Jerry has been great. The product has taken care of Any bug issues. They will come out a spray in between your routine service if needed. I gave this a over all rating of a b due to some issues with another technician at the company not showing up or calling. Since Jerry has been our technician we have had no problems with prompt service.

They are very helpful and responsive. Colton was my service tech, he arrived within the service window and explained the treatment plan.

It was an excellent experience. Our exterminator, Jerry, was very knowledgeable and professional. He found a large mound on the side of the house. Most ants were eliminated with one service call, and all were eliminated on the follow up visit. We were told that if they showed up between visits to call them immediately. They were punctual, responsive, and reasonably priced. We researched various companies before making our final decision on Bulwark and what it came down to was their knowledge of problem and willingness to meet our needs.

Treated home for bugs/pests but also showed me entry points that needed sealing to solve the root cause of the issue. This is not a company who treats and you won’t see again for 3 months. They come back if you have any issues between treatments. That’s what made me select them. Had some difficulty with getting an initial treatment scheduled, but was very pleased with service techs who provided service. It will take some time to gauge effectiveness of treatment, but am pleased with the treatment plan.

Great! I haven't seen any ants since the first service. I found one rat dropping after the first service and called to let Bulwark know. My technician, Justin Vangerud, came right back out to check the trap he had set and I haven't seen any evidence of rodents since!

Service was excellent. Our service tech Jerry Weaver was very knowledgeable and helpful. He answered all of our questions and was courteous and patient with us. He showed up on time.

Justin Vangerud was great!! He was super helpful and understanding of my spider infested house. We look forward to Justin being our big guy for a while.

It was excellent service. The young man Justin Vangerrd was very professional and really new his stuff. He was able to explain everything he was doing. I will be calling him back. Glad there's a company out there that really knows what there doing.
