I had a horrible ant infestation in my bathroom that was very resistant to treatment. My tech, Jerry Weaver, came at least 1x per week, sometimes 2x, to combust the infestation. He was always pleasant, on time and encouraging. Due to his persistence and expertise, the ants are gone and have not returned. He is now treating only my exterior to ensure that they don’t return.

Chris B. arrived around 1:15 for service. After a few minutes of discussion about procedure he proceeded to use a backpack sprayer and completed the job all within approximately 30 mins from arrival to departure. Chris was very informative, professional, and friendly during service. I was a bit skeptical of the cost, but in comparison to doing the job myself and not getting the quality of products used, it is understandable.
Description of Work: Contacted prior day by Steven M. about home pest extermination being done in area and special offer. I declined on home pest service, butinquired about mosquito service. Steven very informatavily explained procedure describing method, chemicals, used, and cost. Set up appointment from 1-3 for next day. Needed to sign up for at least 5 month treatment, so monthly service fee, but with a guarantee of 80% reduction and free reservice if needed.

Chris worked diligently until the problem was resolved. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and provides excellent customer service. I am very comfortable with him, and look forward to a long relationship with both Bulwark and Chris.
Description of Work: Our house was infested, inside and out, with box elder bugs. It had been several years since we had a regular pest control service, as I was very dissatisfied with two previous national chains who had performed this work on my house. Wonderful experience!! I asked Chris, the technician, to please spray inside & out - he took great care to treat every inch of my home, garage & patio/exterior. He even went the extra mile to talk with me & make sure he addressed all my concerns. Super friendly & easy to do business with! They came right on time and as soon as they left there was a noticeable difference. i couldn't find one bug. I really love Bulwark here in Chattanooga. Kevin was the name of the technician and he was courteous and very professional. I'm only going to use them from now on.
