The owner was fast, organized, clean (for inside the house). At the time he cleaned my windows he had one helper. I think he has more than that now, but the helper was courteous and careful. The company He was recommended by a neighbor who had a really good experience. I recommended the company to another neighbor who raves about the work that Quantum Clarity did.
Description of Work
He washed all my windows outside and inside (I have a lot of windows, some quite high) and he cleaned the outside of my white gutters which were badly stained with black. He also has a plan that includes a less amount of money if you schedule him to come back in a month, 3 mos, or 6 months.

I hired Jonathan and Quantum Clarity Window Cleaning approximately 2-3 weeks ago to clean 20 windows and to re-screen them. While he did a good job on the cleaning (except for the 2 windows he missed on the interior), he took all 20 of my screens to re-screen with the promise they would be returned in a week. After waiting 3 weeks, leaving 4 messages (which were never returned), and sending several emails, I can only assume I will never see those screens again. He refuses to answer the phone or return my emails. I now have no window screens as a result of hiring Quantum Clarity.
