"[Member Name Removed] Are you kidding me? Your home was not messy? It was very messy with cat hair ,cat litter , and dirt. It doesn't have to be cluttered for home to take so long on a deep clean. Pet owners homes are harder than cleaning after people so if your there or not your cats still are and since your never around your cats destroy . A matter of fact it was so dirty it took 3 days to deep clean the entire house. And as we finally deep cleaned it after your husband didnt want to pay nothing, you insisted you wanted your home back to living state. And I gave you two deals during the deep clean. Your entire statement is completely false we even cleaned for you twice after the deep clean and you always said the house looked great. Im not sure why your putting such a bad review now. And I usually work with customers that are not happy, but to lie is absurd. Hope you find the housecleaner your looking for. Since we deep cleaned it it should not be a problem for anyone else but then again who know . And for future customers I would take care of a problem like this but not once she said she wasn't happy. I even gave her a deal on her recurring cleanings. The bathtub had dye on it that I got off after using every known cleaner to man, you was so pleased, I just don't understand why you flipped everything. I can not help the time it takes to regular clean your home was 4 hrs. Your home with sq footage should of only been 2 1/2 hrs at the most but it took 4 sometimes 5 to regular clean it, so if it was a inconvenience as we were wrapping up as you were returning home from work. I can not help that, and your recurring price was only for 3 hrs max but we stayed longer to make sure it got done right every time. Brenda"
"[Member Name Removed] Im so sorry you werent pleased. I for sure thought you were as we put extra hours into the night to finish. Slow? Yes a lot of customers think that but were just actually more detail. We get everything from top of the very top of cabinets down, we deep scrub everything and there was lots of construction dust in kitchen and kitchen cabinets. A plate holder? Im unsure what your talking about we did throw a lot of items away you said was from previous owners but we never took anything, I and my 25 clients can vouch we never take anything that is not ours unless the homeowners give it to us. We even put pennies back on table. So Im not sure what that is about and if anything it went in your trash behind your home. I cant stress enough on the detail we do in clients homes. I dont even know how to word it as we are very different from other cleaning companies. You also said you went behind us I very much doubt that as we deep scrub every surface. Unless it was the places you told us not to worry too much about and it was many places. I thank you for your review. And if you continuing having companys do unpleasing jobs at a cheaper rate you might want to consider my company again. We were charged for 8 hours work for 2 people to clean a 6000 foot house. They did not complete the job in that time frame
We would recommend that anyone who hires this company get in writing the exact scope of the work they want to do and the exact time they think it will take them.
"Well I'm sorry you wasn't satisfied. There wasn't 2 people there was 3. And I never quote 3-4 hours, I say my average is 6-8 hours and I've been in homes longer. I'm sorry you thought it may take 3-4 hours but I never meant to have you thinking that. New construction yes, this is when it should of took longer. These are the hardest to get clean as we strive to get it the cleanest it can become. Meaning the home would of been spotless with no evidence of post construction . But you rushed us out. You even said the house set up for one year before moving into. I thank you for your review however . And don't hesitate to call again. But in reality even empty a 6000 sq ft home takes time. I could never get any home deep cleaned in under 4 hours which is my minimum."
Brenda and her worker Sandra done an amazing job with cleaning my home. They are very detailed, professional and friendly. I was very impressed with the job they have done. Brenda even stayed late to help me put up a dresser, and didn't charge me. She is the best, I would recommend her to anyone. I look forward to her cleaning bi-weekly.
The reason she has a C and not a B is the lack of professionalism. Months after the fact, she starts texting me in the middle of the night asking me to go to her Go-Fund-Me page to help her pay for a Mexican Vacation. What?? So I texted her to quit. Her response was unprofessional and unapologetic, telling me that it wasn't really a personal matter, that it was a matter of humanity and helping a fellow man, and that it's people like me to blame for so much hatred in the world..... hmm. Her hour of need that drove her to contact strangers after midnight is her urgent need to go play in Mexico.
Anyway. Thanks for the cleaning job, but unless you want a hanger on for who knows how long, find someone else. I am sure the work can be done just as well and less expensive too.
"When you text me to quit after I sent a link to my contacts, and yes it was 11 I didn't realize it was that late till after the text I sent,sorry it upset you. I apologized and try to stop texting you, but instead of just dismissing the text and my apology you continued texting me saying I should be embarrassed for asking for help. Saying I was messy, unprofessional , unapologetic and saying I probably don't even realize what I've done , telling me there are ways to behave and not to behave. I then told you I was sorry again and you wasn't obligated to do anything and I didn't ask you for money. You continued texting and degrading me, then I said when someone needs a helping hand for whatever the reason they should be able to ask anyone, stating that's why there's so much hate in this world no one has compassion for mankind, not referring or blaming the statement on you. I guess all the insults had me thinking about compassion but I wasn't mad when texting but everyone knows how that goes. And still after all the insults for a link to go to go fund me or if you had extra work to plz let me know I still asked you to plz except my apology. And I'm asking you again to please accept my apology , I wasn't trying to upset anyone that's just not me, I've never asked for help in my life, and it isn't to play in Mexico it's a private matter Now cleaning part I assure you I do not exaggerate on cleaning and time, I get the house the cleanest it will become. I can't even deep clean a home in under 4 hrs, there's no way , you said yourself you were happy with the results. Even though your review is not in my favor, I thank you for it. I learn from my mistakes.."

The toilet had been clogged and was a terrible mess. Brenda cheerfully tackled a very large and digusting job. I had no idea there was sewage all over the toilet and floor, but she took it all in stride like it was no big deal.
I have a lot of small pieces of decorations which they cleaned and placed in a pleasing manner. (I have recently moved and still don't have everything where it needs to go so this was especially helpful.)
Every request I made was easily agreed to from washing and folding the sheets to lining the toaster oven with foil. They were helpful, accomodating and professional in every way. They helped me de-clutter and organize some of the things I didn't manage to put away before they arrived. Brenda even put away my groceries, finding places for all of them to help me.
They vaccumed, dusted, washed windows, mopped, cleaned the kitchen and the utility room, cleaned light fixtures, took out the trash, wiped down insde bathroom cabinets, pulled out refridgerator and washer and dryer to clean behind them. They even fixed the dryer vent which had come loose from the wall. Brenda took the stove apart and made it shine from the inside out. They hunted down dirt in places that would never occur to me.
They exceeded my expectations in every way.
"I was never told about any damage from my employee or You, so thats why you didn't get a reimbursement or repair.i don't even know what your talking about.Yes we took breaks needed it for the depth of cleanliness for your home each time,not just the first time clean.your home needed a lot of detail the first time and every time ,usually your size of home should only take 2 hrs but every time took 4 without the breaks.i base the prices on the time it takes to clean your home meaning it don't have to be big to have a big price its about how much clutter or dirt there is,and you seemed pleased every time .it took 3 days to deep clean your home and i even gave you a price break.sorry you wasn't happy with the outcome.usually i tell my clients i will arrive at their home at 9 am but you were hour sometimes a hour and a half away from my place of business or other clients but i emailed you or text every time i was running late.sorry it was a lot but you were in a service area yourself said none hardly services. its price that ppl are not satisfied with most of the time but you agreed I'm very detailed and tip every one understands the time and hard work that goes into a job they also may understand you definitely get what you pay for. call again if needed,and thanks for your review. sorry i didn't please you fully"
"I'm sorry you misunderstood my quote on the phone, I never quote 6-8 hrs, I say a average clean is 6-8 hrs but I've been in homes longer, when we deep scrub everything it takes time, and you admitted it was immaculate.. And I also talked to you as the hours extended and you seen we were working.. I get places looking almost new and I will scrub til they feel n look clean and if it takes the time I will give it the time and attention for your home to be spic and span..the deep cleaning is higher because we get everything deep and the maintaining price drops depending on the time it will take everytime, call again if you need my services and thanks for the review."
"First of all I'm very sorry that you thought we worked slowly when in reality it takes time to deep clean everything especially since you had nicotine damage throughout your home , we strive to get every home spic and span the cleanest it will become.. Meaning it takes time to scrub everything down til it's looking almost new if not new. Second when potential clients call I quote 6-8 hrs but your home can take longer, cause I don't do estimates cause every home is different... I also told you I can't do a deep clean in 4 hrs there's no way.. The broken door latch was broken upon our arrival and the trash can we told you about and you confirmed you knew..it was broken, we remove everything n deep scrubbed all your surfaces in your home and told you of the things that couldn't be removed cause they just was stained.. Ppl are surprised by the price but I know you got worth what you paid for.. Maybe you haven't used a cleaning service prior and need to compare my work with others. I'm sorry you wasn't happy but I can't please everyone, but thanks for your review. And if you need my services again don't hesitate to call. Thanks!"
