Description of Work: Although they were running late, they did call to apprise me of the situation which I appreciated greatly. I have used other cleaners from Angie's list and have been more satisfied with those services. Although Inspiration Cleaning did not do a bad job cleaning, they didn't, in my opinion, do a great job when compared to others I have used.

Description of Work: Business provider indicated that they had a death in the family and was unable to provide services on the original scheduled date. Two weeks went by and I did not hear anything back, I reached out again to try and schedule something and received a response to schedule something. I felt like I was doing all the legwork in order to get something done, I believe that if this person was truly interested in providing me with home-cleaning, they would have reached out themselves. I am not interested in doing business with someone that is not motivated to provide services after they have already been paid.

Description of Work: Brittany was right on time and did a thorough job. She and the people she brought cleaned the whole house, including dusting baseboards, moving rugs to dry mop the floors, and glass doors inside and out. It was cleaner than I could have done if I had spent all day. Everyone was every polite and professional. I will definitely use her services again.

Description of Work: Brittany and Ms. Joyce arrived early and were very polite and professional. I was so impressed with their cleaning, including the little details they put into their cleaning. They cleaned lamp shades, took everything off of furniture for thorough dusting of all rooms and ceiling fans, vacuumed upstairs, carpeted stairs, and the basement, cleaned bathrooms, mopped, and even washed the few dishes that were in the sink (where she ended up removing a stubborn sink stain)!

I feel that I am very picky when it comes to the cleaning of my home. This is the 4th house cleaning service I have used in the past 2 years. Inspiration Cleaning is the first to ever meet/exceed my expectations. I have been more than satisfied with the services performed since the very beginning. Furthermore, Brittany has proven herself to be flexible, communicative and extremely professional. I completely trust her to be in my home although I am always at work when the services are performed. I highly and confidently recommend Inspiration Cleaning.
Description of Work: House cleaning services every 2 weeks. I have a 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath, 4 level townhouse, 2 cats and a teenager - not an easy house to clean!

Brittany and her team are extremely thorough, reliable, trustworthy, and reasonably priced. Brittany is easy to communicate with and has not missed a single appointment. She cleans our entire house from top to bottom. If I leave a dish in the sink on my way out the door, it is handwashed when I get home. They do not miss a detail. I could not be more pleased with Inspiration Cleaning, and I highly recommend Brittany and Inspiration Cleaning.
Description of Work: Brittany and her team from Inspiration Cleaning have been cleaning our house every other week since March 2012. We have a 3 bedroom/3 bath home that is approximately 2200 square feet. They clean the entire house, take out trash, change our sheets, etc.

+ 0 moreBrittany and Miss Joyce are pure joy to work with! We love them, and the quality of their work speaks for itself. I've worked with other home cleaners in the past (found through Angie's List), and their attention to detail blows both companies out of the water. I hired one company for a deep cleaning and Inspiration did a much better job at half the price of the deep cleaning...! I have a small baby and they take extra care to make sure her "schedule" isn't disturbed while they're here. I really, really appreciate that! I also have cats, so you know there's a lot of pet hair around, but by the time they leave, it's as if I don't have any pets. Every surface sparkles, and they use cleaning agents that aren't too strong to my (or my baby's) sensitive nose. LOVE them!
